No problems. Simple/Helpful App
They delivered on providing cheap tickets and an app that was simple to use. Once passport details had been entered via the app, you're automatically checked in (24hrs before your flight) so there's no need to remember to do it yourself. The only downside was, when there was a problem with the airline (i.e. a delay), the information and updates was not provided via the app. Fortunately the airline alerted me separately.

Overall good experience
This purchase was an exchange. I'm happy with the ease of the process and the new product that I now have. The only down side was that I had to pay £4.99 for postage a second time, even though it was an exchange. For this reason I gave 4 stars.

I paid £13 for 1 light bulb!!
I can understand the light bulb being expensive because the style isn't common, but I didn't want to pay £6 for next day delivery, which was the only postage option. Unfortunately, I couldn't find this light bulb anywhere else, so felt forced to go with this.
