Review of Auto Reisen 🚗
I have used Auto Reisen many times on our visits to Lanzarote. The online booking is simple and straight forward. The hiring charges are very competitive and I particularly like the no excess insurance feature - not that I have had to make any claims but it provides peace of mind. At the airport the staff are friendly and helpful and deal with everything in a professional manner. Importantly the cars are in good condition and often they are not very old and have low mileage.
I have recommended Auto Reisen to quite a few friends and relatives.
Review of Jet2holidays
We are regular visitors to Lanzarote. At Bournemouth, our departure airport, the Jet2 staff were friendly and helpful. This followed through to our flight where staff on board were also attentive and very helpful.
We stayed at the H10 Lanzarote Gardens, a hotel aimed during the summer months for young families but out of season a perfect place to rest and relax. The accommodation was spotless, the meals very well prepared and staff who were exceptional. its a hotel that Jet2 should retain. in fact we have already booked a holiday there with Jet2 for next September.

We purchased our Hi Dome Pressure Cooker in 1969. It is not used too frequently but it has given us years of brilliant service and apart from needing new gaskets every so often it has caused no problems whatsoever. However the current gasket had gone hard and I ordered a new one.
On arrival my wife was very pleased as the quality was good and she went to fit it. Sadly it was too small and simply did not fit and we were unable to even close the lid.
The gasket we ordered was the only one listed on the Prestige web site but it is clearly not the right size for our Cooker. At a guess we would think that the cooker and its lid have been reduced in size but there is no indication of this on the web site.
So although the quality is good the gasket is no good because it is too small.

Solar Together would have got five stars if they had originally ensured that the supplier they chose (Fusion8) was fully able to meet its commitments to customers. We had very mixed experiences with Fusion which we believe Solar Together should have foreseen if they had done a proper analysis of the Company before accepting their tender. However after Fusion8 became unable meet its commitments Solar did a good rescue act and we have now been supplied by Infinity Renewables through Solar Together and they have also reimbursed my original Deposit.

Having looked at your Web site I had an idea of the part I needed. But I wasn't sure. Liam quickly helped me identify the correct item and took me through the procedure that would need to be followed. It was a welcome change to speak to a helpful and knowledgeable member of staff instead of a 'Bott' as I had done earlier today in a useless 'chat' with a mobile phone operator that failed to solve my problem. So well done Aqualiser for having real people answering phones and to Liam for his helpful advice.

Sorry but I pressed a key on my PC before completing the further information you wanted as a result of my Trust Pilot review of my attempt to purchase a complete sunroof assembly for my Toyota Celica. So here is the further information.
The initial contact from your company was excellent and I chose to purchase from you even though you were not the cheapest offer received. The reason was simple. I actually received a phone call from you as well as an e mail. I thought that was great customer service. I was told that the part would be despatched and I should receive it within 48 hours after payment. I paid and waited. When the part did not arrive I phoned you several times and sadly thats where it went wrong. Firstly I was told that on inspection the part was damaged and another would be supplied. That did not arrive either. After more calls I was told that you did not have one and I would be reimbursed within 2/3 working days. I am looking forward to receiving reimbursement.
Initially I was so pleased with your customer care and would have been delighted to give you five stars for service but have been left very disappointed hence my initial review. I hope that this report is helpful.

I was looking for a complete sunroof assembly for my Toyota Celica. 1st Choice Spares circulated its contacts and I was pleased to receive several offers at reasonable prices. I chose Foreign Car Spares even though they were not the cheapest quote because they actually rang me with their offer and I was pleased with what I thought would be good customer service. Sadly the sun roof did not appear and after chasing several times when I got different reasons for the non supply I was told that they could not supply. I am now waiting for a refund and hope that I do not have to chase that too.
Sadly a couple of weeks have passed since I made my order and I am again having to try to find a new sunroof, so disappointing.

We had intended to book our 2025 holiday just after Christmas 2024 but due to family commitments we were not initially able to finalise a booking. Once we had sorted things out the prices had all changed - upwards. We kept a regular check on the web site and although prices never returned to the original ones we have booked, albeit at a slightly later date than intended.
We have booked through TUI many times and will continue to do so as overall we do get a good service, good value and a good holiday although we really feel that prices ought not to be changed quite as often as all tour operators do now.

I booked online on the Auto Reisen web sit to pick up my car at Lanzarote airport as I have done many times before. The cars have always been good and the price very competitive. I had completed much of the information needed on line in advance. When we arrived the staff in the AR office at the airport were very helpful, spoke good English, and we completed all the paperwork within minutes.
The car was nearly new and in excellent condition and was in fact an upgrade on the one I had booked.
We are visiting Lanzarote again shortly and I have already booked a car from Auto Reisen for the duration of our stay on the Island.
I have recommended the Company to several friends who have visited the Island and have no hesitation in recommending the Company to anyone reding this review.

Activated at last! It has been a longer than anticipated journey for our full fibre to be connected. But after Katie unblocked the apparent log jam, engineers got the fibre to our house. Then exactly on time Tyler Storey arrived and installed all the bits that make it work. No messed no all connected in line with the time period we had been told. Tyler connected our phones to the network and before he left he sorted out connections for our laptops after we had failed to get them online. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient and if the rest of the service we receive is as good as he and Katie have given us then we will be well satisfied.

I signed up back in March and agreed with Ben that the fibre connection to our house would be overhead from the BT pole to the left of our driveway and basically follow the line of our BT cable. Lo and behold when we were out the road gang put the connection in the grass verge to the right of our driveway which would have meant digging up our lawn, the kerbstones around the drive and the drive itself! I spoke to several staff at Wessex, Josh came out and agreed the connection was in the wrong place and it would be sorted. Despite a number of calls to Wessex there was no sign of the remedial work. Then I received an e mail saying that our installation had been booked. I again rang and told Wessex that I couldn't have installation as there was no cable from the footpath to our house. The person I spoke to insisted the cable had been installed and whilst he didn't 'disbelieve' me he would check with his colleagues. I also received an e mail indicating that until I completed my Direct Debit I couldn't go live. In response I sent a short annoyed e mail saying I couldn't go live as I had no fibre actually to the house. But then along came Katie Gondelle who rang me, listened intently to my problems and within a few hours she had sorted out what had gone wrong, rectified the situation and within 24 hours a new road gang (2 men) appeared and put the fibre in to the BT pole. That same day another two man gang appeared and installed the cable on the BT pole and to my house.
The installers are due in two days and before that I will complete my Direct debit and hopefully our ne fibre connection will be in place.
Its been a long journey, I know that one of the original surveyors had been keeping an eye on progress called in on the day the garden team did their work and was surprised at the delays but I have to say that without Katie's help I am not sure when we would ever have got connected. Thank you Katie.

The Company was recommended to me by my daughter. It stocked a particular perfume that my wife has used for many years which is not now readily available in retailers in this area.
The company's web site was easy to navigate, and a small discount was being offered for the particular perfume I wanted. So not long before midnight I ordered and paid for the perfume, paid a small premium for next day delivery and just after lunch the perfume arrived in pristine condition. What is not to like? A web site easy to navigate, a good price for the product and delivery and it was delivered within 18 hours! Congratulations to look fantastic and its delivery agents.
