Absolutely horrible steak and kidney pie. In small writing I noted that it said something like 'Minced Kidney' and you begin to wonder why. There was no taste of kidney at all and they must have minced it so finely it may have disappeared into the gravy. Never again. If this is the quality of their pies it couldn't be lower. Avoid at all costs

I purchased the Natural Psilocybe - Microdosing Cycle package and it arrived pretty quickly. However, as I take blood thinning medication I wanted to check if it was OK to start the cycle as their own info that came with the package advised against it. Lindsey, replied that it was safe as long as I didn't take the doses within a couple of hours of my blood thinners. I checked with my doctor and he strongly advised against using the psilocybin at all and explained that blood thinners work over a long term so the fact that I took my medication within an hour or so of any dose is neither here nor there. So what I got from Earth Resonance was potentially dangerous advice and that is not something you'd expect from a company portraying itself as professional.

The consummate professional printers that produce high quality printing at a very reasonable cost. They are speedy without compromising quality and are brilliant to deal with on a personal level. I've done all my printing with them for the last six or seven years and they haven't let me down once. I cannot recommend them more highly. And in this day and age I certainly rarely say that about any company.

The product I bought had a leak and they told me they would organise a refund which they didn't do. Be very wary

Absolutely useless. I've been waiting weeks for the three proof copies I ordered prior to publishing. They've been delayed twice and I'm now at the point of ditching the whole concept. A complete waste of space.

No answer to messages and nothing delivered. I'm now taking legal action to recover my money. Part of the problem is with their couriers Evri, who are covering up for them and complicit in this scam.

One of the poorest couriers around. Their website is often out of date, their automated phone number may say the parcel is out for delivery when it isn't and overall they are a complete shambles. God knows who run this amateurish bunch of cowboys but they need a kick up the backside.

Don't use their dry cleaning service as both times I have they failed completely. The first time was with a jacket which was returned with a note to say they hadn't been able to remove a slight mark on the sleeve which I was able to later. They offered no partial refund. The second time with another jacket, a high quality silk Versace jacket which was given to them on a hanger was returned a week later totally crumpled up in a paper bag saying they couldn't do it for the normal price as I should have been charged £45 as it was a 'designer' jacket. Absolutely useless shower

Useless customer service. My account has been hacked and I've reported it to Wix but no one has got back to me and nothing has changed. Yet amazingly they have responded to my negative feedback here which is bizarre. Contact me you idiots.

My Wix account has been hacked and someone added a Business email through which they are spamming people but to get any real help from a human agent seems to be almost impossible and there is no way I, as the account holder, can actually shut down this email other than stopping the next payment. Also my 2FA in place has not worked since I put it in place. Terrible customer care imo, particularly as I've been hacked.

This is probably the worst case of form over function I have ever encountered. The designers of this set of kitchen tools haven't appeared to understand even the most fundamental concept for which the tools have been designed. The edges of pans get hot guys so design your tools to have at least a modicum of heat resistance. Meanwhile, these over priced tools simply melt before your very eyes if kept anywhere close to a hot pan.
My recommendation is to keep well away from these things and from the company. Their kitchen tools are absolutely useless.

Extremely disappointed by their smoothie mixes. I bought a variety pack to try different flavours but the reality is they're pretty much tasteless and though you may, and I mean may, get some goodness from them to have to add taste with another product defeats the point. Nowhere close to just blending real fresh fruit. I thought this might be a little more convenient which it may be but the downside is so huge it really isn't worth it.That said, the gummies that were included as a freebie are really lovely and very tasty indeed. So I'd encourage them to concentrate on those rather than their luke warm smoothies.

Terrible experience. Seems they have off loaded their wine ordering or delivery to another company J C Stewart who appear to be pretty disorganised as they didn't phone back after I enquired the whereabouts of my wine, then didn't actually have the wine in stock and I still haven't got delivery after two weeks. Truly appalling

Possibly the best broadband suppliers in the country. And fastest. I've had their wonderful 1GB/sec fibre broadband service since they came into the area. About two or so years ago. Easy install. 99.9999% up time and totally trouble free. We did have a tree come down in a recent storm that created an air gap but the team had us up and running in no time at all. All this at a friendly price and with an even friendlier attitude. I couldn't recommend them more highly

My daughter wanted a gold chain from this seller and as they didn't give the width of it I bought it assuming the £70 I paid would give me the pretty hefty chain I needed for the gold coin it would be holding, especially as the chain was just gold plated. But no, it was a really fine chain and very similar to any readily available for around £10. As it wasn't suitable for use in our case it's now just gathering dust in a drawer. All in all just over priced nonsense that's mass produced and available elsewhere at a fraction of the cost. Won't ever buy again.

Difficult to fault and provides a friendly, fast and totally professional service.
