Keep well away from their totally…
Keep well away from their totally disgusting pre-made rolls sold in Tesco. I've never eaten such dreadful, soggy rubbish in all my life.
lovey tasty fresh sushi
Picked up the deal on Wednesday 18rth March from Yo Sushi Express Baguley. Good variety, super tasty freshly made sushi and efficient lovely girl provided service with a smile, what else can you wish for? Will use again and highly recommend.
The rice tasted like plastic
The rice tasted like plastic. Unfortunately everything tasted bad, including my son’s simple rice rolls. We had such high hopes for the katsu curry and it was powdery and unappetizing. So sorry I wanted to enjoy it so much 😭
Fabulous Chicken Ramen!
Wonderful service from Laura. TOPS all around. It was.my first time.e having a Ramen and i was not disappointed . Thanks to Chef Dave.
I'll be back again soon

The sushi was too wet with little taste and my fried chicken portion was so small, the only thing that was good was the beer because it was made elsewhere.
disgusting food

Poor quality food, hot food just taste reheated, very bland. I feel it’s cheeky they automatically add service when the service is poor, they brought us drinks!
Terrible company to work for.
Terrible company to work for.
They will have you work alone on long shifts, expect a lot of work for minimum wage.
No prospect to climb the ladder
Was at Yo sushi for my sons birthday
Was at Yo sushi for my sons birthday. Got his bento box didn't get mine for half an hour after asking. Then waited for the rest of the food for another 45m while everyone after us getting it. Asked again as we were so hungry by that time. The staff said I'll check. She gets back and says we don't have your order. I said I already asked 2 times. She goes check again and says the chef is very busy so you have to wait for another 45m probably. We just walked out as no apology. It was the worst place I have been as the staff never check. Still took the payments. Wow what a service!!!! First class

YO Sushi firecracker chicken poke bowl
Poor quality poke bowl - tons of rice, disappointingly sparse chicken and vegetables. Really the worst I have had from anywhere. When heated up it creates quite a stodgy mess.
Poke bowls should be bang full of delicious fresh veg, not nearly all rice. Aldi poke bowls are far superior and much cheaper. I wont be bothering with the YO sushi poke bowl again.
Yo Sushi Selfridges Birmingham
Yo Sushi Selfridges Birmingham
Though there was a queue to get seats for two the service was fantastic. Love their new dishes for winter season. There was always someone available with a smile on their face to help with any questions. Thank you for the great service - though you were really busy the experience was really enjoyable!
“If you read our terms and conditions …”
My young son was bought a Yo Sushi gift voucher for his birthday, but was unable to make the trip to use it until a year later. Within three weeks of the expiry date we made contact with Yo Sushi to try and extend the card. Yo Sushi were extremely, quick to share their terms and conditions but seemed unable to recognise that this discussion involved a customer - and, indeed, a customer who was a child.
We have tried to buy Yo Sushi vouchers as birthday presents for many years, to give children of our friends a special meal out to look forward to, and because we have wanted to support the hospitality sector, in particular after 5 difficult years. Yo Sushi’s response to this situation left us all feeling extremely negative about its brand as a retailer. I certainly would not recommend to others investing in gift cards with this retailer, based on our experiences.
Quality poor, check order before leaving
I ordered food at the Cardiff store for takeaway. Staff were friendly and I was waiting less than 10mins.
I was in a hurry to catch my train so did not check the contents.
When I got home I realised the quality was shockingly poor. The 2 hand rolls weren't even wrapped, nori just folded over in a square. The 2 kaiso seaweeds were different! Both had no edamame and while the one had carrots and seasoning the other was plain like the stuff you get at the Tescos counter. Absolutely gutted as I was looking forward to eating this. Also for £20 the amount of food was poor, their portion sizes have definitely decreased. This wouldn't fill me up anymore. Will be complaining formally to get a refund.
Would not recommend, check your order before you leave.
Digital and in-store experiences are disconnected
Yet another middling to negative review the company will probably ignore, but here goes. The experience in the restaurant was actually not bad. However, the digital experience of trying to sign up for their loyalty club was positively dreadful, and the staff in store seem to treat that as if it is a world apart, a different company almost. A little integration of the digital and in-store experience would not hurt if this company is going to improve its reputation.

Ordered from Yo Sushi Kiosk Cardiff via deliveroo. Over an hour and a bit later just cancelled the order on us. No way of leaving feedback via the site.
Completely unimpressed and suggest you don’t trust them bia a delivery service
Yo Kiosk in Loughborough is fantastic
Yo Kiosk in Loughborough is fantastic! Great customer service, always friendly and welcoming, great value for money. My children absolutely love sushi, and this is by far the best we’ve found. Fresh, tasty, and consistently excellent – highly recommend!
Overpriced and low quality sushi
Overpriced and low quality sushi. The rice was dry and the rolls not properly sliced. Although labelled fresh it didn't seem to be. No support from Tesco who were selling it either. Not buying this again.
