Placed order online and shortly received an email on the delivery date.
The delivery driver was courteous and polite. He walked me through the lawnmower operability and provided maintenance guidance.

Kept me informed on order & delivery status via email & text.
Got an accurate delivery timing slot.
Delivery men were professional & courteous & delivered to desired location in house.

Initially, had an issue post implementation which HandyExperts were efficient to follow-up on. Ryan was then quick to come back & resolve.

Purchasing the 1 weeks travel insurance was easy, straightforward and competitively priced.
However, received the incorrect travel insurance documents multiple times, even after ringing Customer services (who were really helpful). It seemed to be a technical issue on their side.
Have gone and come back from holiday now, but not received any further explanation, updated travel docs or correspondence.

Faster despatch of item than originally estimated & delivery was efficient & courteous.
Would definitely recommend EBuyer service.

Order of two stainless steel offset pull handles arrived promptly and seem to be of good quality (yet to be fitted). Also ordered a fixing kit for the handles, but these did not come with any fitting instructions, so will need to download from somewhere. There was no invoice, despatch/returns note provided upon delivery or in the packaging either.

Have both car & house insurance with Sheilas Wheels and found them to be the most competitive on price as well as providing a courteous and professional customer experience.
Would defo recommend them !

Polite customer services when rung on a renewal query. Not had to use for making a claim yet.
Only negative is HomeProtect taking renewal fee 1 week before renewal date. Other insurance providers do not do this.

Comfy chair. Middle pillow gone a bit flat after a few weeks use. Armrests sensitive to swivelling when resting arms.

The whole customer experience was very good, with regular comms updates via email.
The delivery service was punctual and courteous with additional advice on product removal being much appreciated.

Requested a new kitchen tap fitting as previous free tap fitted by Homeserve a few weeks earlier was found to be impractical.
There was no fuss made during booking process and engineer fitted really quickly.
