Muve was very patient

Muve was very patient and didn't apply pressure when the council (Right to Buy) were very slow in the process. They explained the process to me very well (as a first time buyer) and put me at ease

A poor first time experience

My order was forgotten about until I contacted the company, then 2/3 of my order could not be filled as they had then sold out. Even the jars I ordered were not great, it took over 20 minutes to screw on the lids. Clearly that is not suitable to put my products in to sell to clients, luckily I only ordered 10 jars to see if I liked them. As a first time customer I was not very impressed especially as it took nearly 3 weeks to receive my order
