Really efficient and friendly service. I was kept updated via email every step of the process and the delivery driver rang to say when he would be arriving. Item was delivered in good order and carried into the storage area as directed. 10/10.

We ordered a glass and steel door recently and the whole process could not have been simpler. There was no issue over the fact that the wall and door frame wasn’t straight and as promised the door was delivered and fitted before Christmas.

Tyler and Ollie arrived and fitted the door quickly and efficiently, dealing with any minor issues such as the trim being black and not the same RAL colour as the door itself in an efficient and friendly manner. They were both such nice lads and a joy to have working with us albeit briefly.

We would definitely use The Steel Door Company again.

I only ordered the washing machine yesterday morning, Bank Holiday Monday, and it was delivered before 8am this morning by two very friendly delivery people who didn’t mind the fact that I had just woken up and was still in my dressing gown, and a little bleary!

Washing machine now perfectly in place, plumbed in, and already on a practice cycle, all before 8.30am. And the old one has been taken away to be recycled. Brilliant service.

We’ve used AO before, and will definitely use them again. Although hopefully not for another washing machine!

The ordering process was simple and Printerland were very quick to get in touch to ask whether the printer I'd ordered was the correct one. It arrived early the next day and the company have been in touch since to make sure everything was as it should be. Will definitely use Printerland again.

I ordered two roller blinds for the large windows in our kitchen. I had a question about them before ordering and the person I spoke to news so friendly and helpful. Blinds ordered and they arrived in just over a week. Easy to install, and work beautifully. The windows are huge and the blinds still operate perfectly.

The website was very clear and easy to use and the delivery and flowers were excellent. The recipient was delighted. At least she was once she’d been told they were from me as the message card was omitted. Extremely annoying as far as I was concerned.

I recently ordered three hydrangea plants which arrived really quickly and in great condition. They're lovely plants too. I've never been disappointed in Crocus.
