I sent my Chanel beach tote bag to be cleaned it’s a cream colour . I have to be honest I have had it a while and thought I carnt really use it so may aswell give it a try. Iam so glad I did wow these guys did a fantastic job , it’s like new iam so pleased and carnt thank you enough!

I wanted to take the opportunity given…

I wanted to take the opportunity given the recent experience in Dubai regarding the war. We arrived home yesterday. I just want to thank the hotel and the staff for there outstanding handling of the situation. They we fantastic at putting our safety first yet still managing to make it a calm enjoyable experience under the stressful circumstances. They were happy to accommodate to help make you feel more at ease, move to lower floors making room in conference rooms to sleep what ever you needed. The staff at this hotel were impeccable there service the hotel cleanliness and the options of dinning all outstanding. I will be staying again.

Don’t buy from Dyson

Bought my daughter the hair dryer last Christmas. She loves the product but it apparently comes with a 2 year warranty, it now won’t switch on I contacted Dyson repairs who collected it kept it for 5 days and sent it back.. It still didn’t work! I contacted them again after 45 mins they asked could they collect it again to be repaired . I have to take a day off work to wait in for it to be picked up! There answer was go back to were you bought it with the receipt ! Luckily I bought through very on my account so i do have the details. They need to take up to 14 days to make a decision . In the mean time no hairdryer! 🫠.. terrible service it’s a shame there products are good they just don’t last especially for the cost! I would go with Shark product instead.. their service and products are much better!

Terrible company do not use

Made a booking late Sunday night for T3 at Manchester airport realised Monday morning at 8am I was flying from T2 . My mistake I accept that. I went on to amend the booking and it was cancelled instead, I thought I had made a mistake and contact there customer service as soon as they opened at 9am. Who told me they carnt do anything and you have to rebook and pay again as we are travelling with in 4 days! Seriously the mistake was picked up in the space of an hour! Shocking company very unhelpful. Do not use this company! Book direct with Manchester airport who willing change these things as a gesture of good will! I will never use your company again. We travel over 15/20 times a year and book with this company everytime! Never again!!

What can I say! We had these guys for my daughters 21st it was Easter Sunday they done an amazing roast dinner! Just wow thank you so much you made my day so easy! They clean up too 😊 can not reccomend enough! 👍 super brilliant

I ordered from them which was delivered…

I ordered from them which was delivered next day. The delivery company left the parcel in full view at my front door which was stolen! I understand this is not Moda mix problem but when I called DPD I was told that Moda minx have to make the claim. I was informed by them to fill in a form and I’ve still had no reply nearly 2 weeks later. I will charge this back with my bank. Their service is shocking and there after sales customer care is even worse. Do not order from this company!

Terrible service don’t order from this company

I ordered a dress over a week ago on next day delivery. It still hasn’t arrived. The only way you can contact them is via email, they responded with I’ll see if we can find it. I’ve not had any update other than leave it with us for 7 days we are waiting on the courier to see if they can locate it. Just shocking service they never offered to send another or any other help. It was explained I needed the dress for an event last Friday. They still haven’t made any other contact. I wouldn’t bother putting yourself through the agony of ordering from this company.

Terrible airline .

Terrible airline .. have owed me a refund since November Iam pretty sure it’s illegal to keep hold of my money for all this time. Their English is not great and they are rude and do not care I keep getting passed off. The only way you can speak to anyone is by paying £1:45 per min phone call. Please don’t put yourself through booking with them.

This company are dreadful I placed an…

This company are dreadful I placed an order with them which they farmed it out to a company in China. This arrived completely damaged trying to get any help or refund is just a joke. Please do not order from this company the staff are rude unhelpful and think it’s ok to laugh when you are asking them to help. Their English is not great so the communication is awful. I will have to resolve this issue myself by charging this back through my card supplier. Terrible customer service.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company!

Ordered my beer blade machine on pre order for end of October this company took my money in advance. Have chased them since early November no response to emails social media they never answer the telephone number provided. Anyway I have since charged this product back through my Amex card and bought from Beerwulf who are fantastic product arrived with in days! Even tho my card company have used a charge back and raised an issue they still haven’t responded. Please don’t be fooled by this company Iam not so sure it’s even real.

Shocking service please don’t be fooled…

Shocking service please don’t be fooled by this company! The sales advisors come out and promise you the best lead times tell you what you want hear, but in actual fact they carnt deliver what they sell you. Sarah who works in customer relations is particularly poor! We were told 10 week fitting time from the ordering date for us to have to chase this for weeks to then to be told that there is a problem. We solve this with a compromise to then be told again another 7 weeks fitting date! This is one awful company order at your own risk! We rang a local company who can provide this with in 4 weeks from order ( same design and build) shocking service .. poor poor company!!

Order 6 tickets for my daughters…

Order 6 tickets for my daughters birthday for a concert tomorrow 17 April.. they post them out W the 15th April still not received them and the tracking number is not valid. Rang them numerous times today the staff are rude and very unhelpful. This is a dodgy website and not to be trusted! I asked what happens if I don’t receive the tickets in the morning. There reply was we will refund you but it’s still left a group of children severely upset! Disgraceful my advice would be not to order from there terrible!!
