Customer Service, what's that?

I had ordered a hoodie for my daughter, but needed to return it. I returned via Royal Mail as advised and made sure I paid for signed for. I didn't receive any communication through the returns process. I checked the Royal Mail tracked and could see that it had been received and signed for 3 days after I had sent it. I contacted them through a contact form as there is no information on how to contact them( no email or contact number) and a week later received an email saying I would have a refund within 5 to 10 days. I found this shocking, at this point they had already received the parcel 3 weeks previous and it took me to get in contact to actually get the refund.
