Inputted my part number and 5 minutes later 2 offers appeared for power steering pipes for a 20 year old Jaguar XJR.
Still to be fitted and hopefully they are the correct ones ! If not will be interesting to see how the returns system works.
So far very pleased and would recommend trying them.

After listening to my queries she gave me the answers I wanted in a very professional, courteous and happy manner. It was a pleasure talking to Laura and I am sure she will do very well in this industry. I have been with ii for a while now and have always had good service, well done.

Had a call to ii and spoke to Martin about taking my pc for servicing without making it properly secure. Asked for our accounts to be frozen until we have the pc back. Very easy to use with a vast difference between the cheapest and dearest quotes BUT having picked at the lower end of the scale if we have to activate the policy the proof of the pudding will be etc, etc !!!!

Just had a chat with Darryl about changing my wife's name after marriage, all handled very well. I am not very IT savvy and have had a few teething problems since joining ii a couple of years ago but a phone call to you has soon put me on the right track, mostly pilot error! In all I am very satisfied with the service especially the low fees which since transferring from previous platforms has saved a fortune.
