Although the delivery was delayed my review is about the Drivers who put long hours into cover for issues such as traffic and other missing drivers. They are to be applauded, they work long hours and provide a great service. Well done

EV Support sorted it eventually

It was a long job but John Bone stuck at it with me and we sorted it out. I don’t think the App is the most user friendly but Project EV support are very good, probably need to be? One of the few companies that still allow email communications which is a real benefit.

I have clicked many buttons on the UK philipd website to try to contyact support but to no avail, it just goes around and around. Why have these companies done this now, have they sacked all the support staff?

I have been a loyal buyer of Philips in the past but no more.

Everything is an add-on, very expensive

Haven website - probably the worst experiences i’ve had trying to book a break. Even out of season everything is an extra, even parking! I won’t be staying with Haven again. Sadly i didn’t read the Trustpilot reviews, another lesson learned there then. 16231931

Octopus Support, no longer the best?

Octopus support has always been very good but not lately. I contacted them about faults with my smart meter monitor and was told put it nearer the meter, and it still didn't work but now I get a bill for £1500/month, its normally about £50/month. The meter is clearly faulty but Octopus didn't take my alerts seriously. We are pensioners and clearly Octopus don't care any more about customers. a Month later and the monitor still doesn't work. Update. I have emailed support but no answer. Ac A-B283A668

I emailed and got a reply telling me to use the phone number. Don't bother with the phone number, I waited from position number 10 only for them to hang up when I finally got to the top. I have replied to the support email and await a call back, watch this space. Eventually spoken to a human

I ordered parts and the website stated 7 to 10 days, 12 days later and I’m still waiting with no update from MSP. UK phone number doesn’t work just a recorded message which takes forever. IMHO poor customer service. See reply, it will still take 16 days

This is when the parts are in stock at our supplier.

It is possible that a part is on backorder and takes longer to arrive to our warehouse.

We do not give you updates; you can check this.
You can follow the status of your order through the confirmation email.
Here you can see the expected delivery date of your parts to our warehouse.

We are known for our exceptionally good costumer service.
We can be reached through phone from Monday till Friday from 09:00-17:00 (CET).
And you can email us, we will always reply within 1 business day.

The phone number does work as it should, and it begins with a recorded message, just wait for the message to end and we will pick up.
This maybe takes a minute.

I see that we have shipped your package yesterday.
This was indicated as the expected delivery date of your parts to our warehouse, and you could have known this if you just have checked the status or if you had not put down your phone when you have called us.

I have recently bought a new PC and it came with Windows 11, when I moved my Dymo software over it updated to Dymo Connect which is very poor and hard to use, its lost all the features from my old software.
They have also added RFID tags to the new printers so you have to use their labels!
I'm looking for a new printer but it won't be DYMO

Initially I was impressed with Eufy and bought a number of cameras and a hub, but I discovered that every time I used another appliance, like most people I have a phone and an iPad I had to log in again and again. It became a real pain, the suggestion is to set up additional account for other appliances but, DONT DO IT. When I did I lost all my cameras and had to load them all in again. These days the operation of this software is very poor. They seem to make good kit but have been let down by the software.

To help protect user accounts, we currently allow one Eufy account to stay logged in on up to three devices at a time. If you are only using two separate accounts but have multiple devices in use, it’s possible you’re getting logged out more often than expected. We would be more than happy to investigate why that might be happening.

If your family members or friends would also like access to your cameras or other devices, we recommend using the “Device Sharing” feature so they can view everything under their own separate account. You can find detailed instructions here:

Never Again

I went to Specsavers again even though I had experienced problems with my Varifocals. The Optician told me the lenses were sized wrong and i should have brought them back but i was over the three months so tough. I decided to go for two pair of glasses, readers and distance as I had lost faith in the varifocals. Another £300. Anyway I went in a week later to pick them up but they had managed to put the wrong lense in the wrong frames. Now a week later they still haven’t sorted it and I’m still waiting. I’ll Never use Specsavers again. I went back to Specsavers after their Trustpilot response as I don't use the links, to sort this out and got two pair of glasses rather than varifocals. I had to pay full price as I had perservered with the old varifocals too long apparently.

Why 5 Stars - its about emails

Why 5 Stars - its about emails, is this a strange title? No, I’m sick of companies sending you around and around their websites with FAQs and never giving you a simple way to email the company with a non urgent query. Octopus give you a email link to contact support and they answer the phone with a human being.😀
