Wasn't expecting parcel until today or Tuesday and it actually arrived within 24 hours of dispatch.Order all correct and packed well and safe.

Not been a customer that long having recently started collecting the British Birds coins and was horrified when I received a letter about payment being declined even though I knew there is always money in my account. Rang Westminster and the young lady helped me figure out what the issue was. Also mentioned that I'm not interested in the Artist's Recommendations so she very kindly removed them from the system so that I no longer receive them and arranged for return of the coin I had received. Super helpful lady.

Have been using VetUK for some years now and have found their own brand of various products are more than comparable with more main stream brands but much much cheaper. Having 7 rescue cats I source all my flea treatments, worming treatments and bladder maintenance capsules from them which works out far cheaper than buying from my own vet. As they are so much cheaper, I'm able to buy a little bit more for my money and give to a local cat welfare group who rely on donations from the public.

A lot of the surveys are boring or not relevant to myself, however I do enjoy doing them and building up my points. When I first started doing the surveys, I did receive quite a few and then it slowed down for a while and sped up again a few months later. Really didn't think I'd hit the points to gain the £50 reward, but I did this week. I opted for an Amazon voucher which was emailed over instantly (even though it says can take upto 48 hours) and have treated myself to something I wouldn't normally buy.

Rather large amount of pet food and cat litter delivery made over 2 days. Courier was exceptionally helpful and loaded my trolley so I could wheel the goods in. Very courteous and polite young man who is an asset to DPD.

Second time of ordering direct. Super quick delivery using APC delivery which appear to be a superb courier too. The only issue I have with Astonish is the fact they aren't consistent with their products. I loved their washing up liquid, the best on the market as far as I'm concerned but they discontinued it and they seem to do they same with quite a few products I've bought over the years. As someone who has been buying their products since the 70's it really narks me when they discontinue items. They've done the same with the Secret Garden editions which was the only laundry liquid and disinfectant I actually enjoyed the smell of. The Ylang Ylang is the only one available to buy now and I'm sorry to say it's one of the worst scents I've ever come across and actually makes my Asthma flare up. Other than that, as a commited vegetarian who only uses vegan products, Astonish is one of the very few UK companies that I will buy from.

Super quick delivery arriving much earlier than expected. Wallpaper quality is good, had no problems hanging it or painting it after 48 hours. This is my 2nd purchase from this company and will certainly buy from them again.

Was looking for a particular scent of Astonish laundry liquid and found it at this company. No idea what's going on with Astonish supplies, but it is becoming more and more difficult to source locally, so ordered 10 bottles to keep me going. Delivery was super quick (within 36 hours) of late night payment to receiving items.

I have a regular 8 week subscription and my Furry Clans biscuits have always arrived within 24 hrs of payment. Biscuits go down very well with the clan and none of them are sick off them either, which I can't say is the same with other so called better brands. As long as my clan are happy with their biscuits, I'm happy to spend the money.

Quick and easy to use the site for ordering and once you get used to the site everything is easy to find. Products always well packaged and delivered quickly. If there is a delay for whatever reason, I've always been notified and kept updated as to its' progress. After much flavour trials with some of my fussier rescues, 5 in their senior years, all 7 of the Furry Clan enjoy the food with very little waste.

First time I've ever had any interactions with this courier company and impresssed. Driver very polite and arrived within the designated time frame. He also took the time to thank me for taking time to be ready with my handcart to receive my parcel.

I've been buying Astonish products since their beginning but trying to source their products is becoming impossible when I'm having to travel to several shops at a round distance of 20 miles and finding they don't have the products I like or the scents I prefer either. Decided I've had enough and bought 6 months supply. First time I've ever ordered direct from Astonish's site but I'll continue to do so now for the rest of my life.

Courier placed large parcel so it was easy for me to empty in vestibule. Had the same chap (Nadeem) for a few weeks now and he is always very polite, helpful and cheerful.

Ordered and delivered all within 24 hours. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Standing subscription which fell on a Thursday. Food arrived on the Friday. Could do with more variety for the older cats though, they are getting a bit fed up of chicken, beef doesn't agree with them and salmon is their least favourite food.

Being a regular subscriber for a couple of years now, my orders are always packed well and my 8 cats thoroughly enjoy the variety of food I buy for them. I particularly like the points scheme allowing me to build up credit to purchase an extra 120 satchets for our local cat rescue which is struggling with rising costs. The only issue I have is the courier service is very much hit and miss when it comes to handling the boxes, the majority of times it's fine but some don't pay attention to the address and my last order was delivered elsewhere (luckily they know of me). Delivery driver just left the parcel outside their house, rang the bell and left, plus the box was damaged. Not Purina's fault, but it's something they should be monitoring if they want to build up client confidence when ordering.

Ordered 360 sachets of cat meat from Purina, one batch of 240 and my regular monthly subscription of 120 but Evri have failed 3 times this week to deliver at their specified time. One arrived much later than the text indicted, the second was just left at my closed front door (I'm on a busy main road) the day after it was expected with no notification and the other one is still floating about the system. Last month they managed to lose my delivery. I get texts informing me parcels will be delivered and then shortly after texts telling me delivery has been rescheduled. This company was never the best but it has become even worse since they were taken over. My regular driver is no longer working for them (gone to another courier company) which speaks volumes to me.
