Absolutely brilliant service. The installation of our new stove was amazing, perfect care was taken at every step of the installation and the removal of the old stove and vermiculite was great. It was a very speedy and tidy installation. We also got help and advice on lighting and caring for our new stove. So happy we found SSInstallations, would definitely recommend.

I think it depends on where in the country your goes my 1st call was Ireland didn't get any answers to my problem next call was Plymouth but it took 30mins to explain the problem all I needed was a new SIM as mine had stopped working this is a monthly contract which I pay for it should have been easy but it felt like I was committing fraud. I have also been unable to manage my 2 numbers with the app doesn't recognise the number or similar problem every thing is supposed to be so easy with the app but not for me I've been with them since they were one2one in 1994! When the contract is up for renewal I'll be going elsewhere

I'd recommend reaching out to our team over Social Media, and they will be able to look into what has happened, and ensure your feedback is passed on to the managers of the agents you spoke with.
Ses replied to my review asking me to contact customer services & they would help me further to change the email associated with my account I'd like to point out that when I emailed customer services nobody responded so after 6 weeks of no response I phoned only to be told you can't change the email associated with your account? Without shutting down the account & opening a new one which doesn't make any sense
yes their customer services are super helpful, but frustratingly i cannot change the email linked to my account which is madness to be honest...appartently you have to cancel your account and then ask technical services for a new account & then you can change the email associated with your account??? what ? you should be able to alter your own personal details surely Ses replied to my review by saying they were sorry I'd had trouble with 'myaccoun' & if I emailed customer services they would help me further I'd just like to point out I had already emailed customer services & after 6 weeks of no reply I rang to be told I couldn't change the email associated with my account without going through tech support

I love the concept of this underwear, I first tried the boy shorts light leak style, and really like them so ordered myself five more pairs. I'm in my sixties so I get the odd oops moment and the pants deal with this perfectly, no dampness or odour at all. Brilliant for all sorts of situations travelling, walking, exercising and day to day general wear. You can wear these with complete confidence. Well worth the price as there's a huge saving in buying pads also better for the planet
Staff were friendly and helpful, they do have a great array of hot drinks but what a disappointment the toasted sandwiches are, thin with hardly any filling and not tasty at all and almost£5! Don't think I'll go again Much better value is m&s
Very easy to open an online account, takes a while as there's security you have to put in place for your protection, account opening was confirmed right away and password came through the post in 2 days.

Great until you need a refund, they want me to keep the goods which do not fit and give me a coupon to spend with them, then they said they would give me a partial refund but deduct the shipping saying that the shipping cost £18.80 per item! the items I bought were only £18 each? , why is this allowed, why is their customer service like this it feels like a scam

I have used Vet UK for many years with no issues. However this year my order did not arrive, they took an age to answer emails and did not seem concerned at all saying that they were probably with neighbours or post sorting office, 3 weeks later they finally sent another parcel, guess what this has still not arrived, email after email finally persuaded them to give me a refund, they just do not seem to care anymore that the parcel did not arrive. I have had to buy the products elsewhere and unfortunately I feel I can never us Vet UK again
