Incomplete order

I’ve never had any problems with Toolstation up until my last visit. Having ordered two led tubes, on collection there was only one there for me. Another was ordered by staff for next day. It didn’t arrive. Yet another was ordered for the following day, it never arrived and I was told it was broken. I was not impressed and asked for a refund.

Toolstation is my go to store now.

Toolstation is my go to store now as their prices are very competitive and quality excellent. It’s handy for me as the store is on my way to work, so no waiting for delivery. I’ve never had an issue with anything purchased from them but they do offer a no quibble return policy. Can’t ask for any more than that.
