Worse customer service ever

Worse customer service ever
For the money you pay that is a lot more than others, No one takes any responsibility, you never get any notification, customer service is a robot that does not do anything and despite their promise nothing is ever done. I suggest using other companies who are bettre and cheaper.

It is extremely hard to speak to…

It is extremely hard to speak to anyone, Customer service is seriously POOR, No one seems to be ever available. I have to say easy jet has gone downwards through out the years to the point I am now reconsidering booking with them and go to BA

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Very poor quality of product, had to replace it twice as they kept breaking, finally asked for a refund that they initially agreed to but never refunded and then kept running me around, then sent me another pack that I had not asked for that was all damaged and broken. Extremely poor communication DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hermes is the worse company I have ever come a cross,I have had dealing with them on many occasions and this company keeps getting worse. They have delayed my parcel by 7 days and keep lying about not being able to deliver, their phone number is useless as no one answers,I have made online complaint and enquiry but no on bothers to do anything about.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND both their Director and CEO should be SACKED for their incapabilities and ignorance towards public.

Worst company with very poor customer and managerial knowledge and service

The worst company I have ever come a cross, after 5 calls and each time waiting on line for 45 mins to 1hr, they say some parts not available!! well why dont they send emails or texts like other companies notifying customers. very poor customer service, very poor management and knowledge of business. they then went and cancelled my order when i actually and clearly said i want my goods to be sent to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and report them.

Hermes is the WORST company ever used

The WORST company ever used, AVOID AT ANY COST.
Kept my parcel for a month, I contacted them 5 times and every time they said we will resolve in 2 days and never did. eventually when my parcel arrived there was a charge of 100 Euros for something that was never assessed or valued for. Hermes customer service is totally useless with people copying and pasting stuff for you to read. Most horrible experience.AVOID- AVOID-AVOID.

I placed a parcel pick up from my…

I placed a parcel pick up from my address, after 8 days they still did not pick up, i eventually took my parcel to the drop point myself. their company kept sending messages that they attempted to pick up but could not which was a total lie!! i was home and they never ever attempted to pick up!
There is no way of communicating with this company and no one really cares.

This is an awful company, to date they have not made any refund to me nor have they come back or explained anything
I would keep well away from this horrible company.

My parcels were thrown over the fence…

My parcels were thrown over the fence on 3 different occasion and no card or note was left. I was looking for my parcels until I found them in the garden where it had been dropped and had damaged my flower bed. Not good practice at all. Need to improve urgently.

Huawei is the worst company i have ever dealt with, Firstly they are in ROMANIA!!!!!!! Why? who knows!!! well I know now, because they can do what they want without any trading authorities to deal with.
Their customer service is below ZERO, they do not understand what you say and keep reaping the same thing over and over like a recorded message.
Although i had an extended warranty with them, when it came to repairing my phone, they washed their hands off it and said you do not have proof of purchase which i actually did and sent to them 2 times.
The never told me that if i wanted to get my phone back i still have to pay a fee for it even if it is not repaired!! They never send me any information to let me know this was the case before i send it to the repair centre called SBE who by the way are even worst than Huawei and mainly con you.
Huawei based in Romania, it is basically a good and easy way for this company to con all the legitimate customers out of money and having the ability to work in the most unorthodox manner any business has ever seen.
DO NOT BUY HUAWEI
DO NOT DEAL WITH HUAWEI OR SBE OR YOU BE CONED OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND LIVELY HOOD.
