Building a garage full of Ryobi tools over time, and every one of them has been great.

I moved into a 14 year old property which has a Genvex system installed with no instructions and only a red flashing light on a control panel.
I sent an email to these guys more in hope than expectation that they might be able to point me in the right direction, but Dave was really helpful over email, reacting to pictures I sent and along with Colin remotely diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and told me how to install a new chip, controller and filters. Top service, and the system seems to be warming the house up nicely.

We decided to go on the market after seeing our dream house on a Saturday. Filled in the online valuation form on Saturday evening, had two phonecalls from McEwan Fraser on Sunday, and we were on the market within a week (with excellent photos by Grant). Thanks to the outstanding efforts and comms from Rhiain and team, we had set a closing date following multiple offers 6 days later. We were than passed seamlessly to Magnus who managed our sale and purchase. House buying as a general rule is a horrendous process, but Magnus took time to walk me through each stage, kept me updated throughout, and kept me sane when we thought the deal may fall through. He was also able to fight the corner on completion day exactly when we needed him most. Great service all round, cannot recommend highly enough.

Easy site to use, order went through fine, but delivery turned up and the frozen bag was open. Consequently, the meal boxes I'd ordered were damp, open and prepacked forks had separated out with some missing.
