I had a great experience after being recommended by a friend. I was really worried after reading so many negative reviews and having never used a hire company before. I arrived early and the customer service assistant was really helpful. They showed me the car and a few scratches which i was told not to worry about. Later that day i noticed the passenger wing mirror was damanged. I called customer services and was reassured i didnt have to worry and it had been noted on my rental. I expected this to be where the nightmare started after reading previous reviews but i have dropped car off this morning with no hassle. The lady checked the car and signed it straight off. I showed the existing damage and was told not to worry as she could tell it was old as it was full of dirt..
I will definitely be using again. I think people need to share their experiences more as we seem to shrug at the positives and jump on sharing the negative.
