This has got to be the worst credit…

This has got to be the worst credit card payment platform on the planet . When they are setting you up ,they cannot do enough . Once setup the customer service is atrocious . My is use someone else

Opened an account with this company and…

Opened an account with this company and tried them out for 2 deliveries. It took them 2 days to make the collection and I paid the Invoice which was followed by another invoice for a fuel surcharge of £22.00 . This made the total experience very expensive ,about double the price of Transglobal for a better service. What a bunch of cowboys.
I would not recommend them to any business

Although the service is quick there is a lot of damage to the articles I ship. Putting a fragile label on only seems to make matters worse. I think you must employ some half wits that have no interest in delivering the goods in good condition

Got Too Big

This company has become too large and treats people very badly. The FCA need to have a long look into this company as they withhold clients money for no logical reason and finally release funds after about a week.
Only they are linked to their partners in crime ebay I would never use them.
Try where possible to bypass Paypal

I am unsure what you mean by this however, if you are referring to your NI Parcels order number, this is the number that we use to trace your order on our internal systems. The Parcelforce tracking number is generated when your booking with us is processed through the courier's system, so that you may track your item during transit and so that they may also trace your item on their internal systems.
