We give up

Been using this company for nearly 9 years for our business in Middleton Manchester . Had the same driver Mike up until Sept last year . He was the best , collected everyday , never missed and was always on time . For some reason he was moved to another round even though he still picks up basically at the end of our road . Since then the service has been beyond diabolical. We have had 3 different drivers , constant no pick ups , no communication and this has now severely affected our business . Been waiting now 2 days for a pick up that has still not been collected so going to have to pay a member of staff to drive to Bradford and back tomorrow as this parcel in now late !!
This is NOT acceptable as a courier business , no one seems bothered when they are contacted and told the issues as it just seems like Groundhog Day everytime . We will now be looking for a new courier service as I am no longer prepared to have my business suffer because of incompetence.

Gurm Gill

My account manager, Gurm is one of the most professional and on point business clients I have ever worked with. Always very attentive to any issues, quick to follow up his deliverables and also just an all round good guy to deal with!

I would not recommend working with any other logisitics company.. been using Gurm and Inexpress for 5 years now and have no plan on stopping at all.

We use Inxpress daily they collect…

We use Inxpress daily they collect between 5 and 20 parels most days.
In September we use Inxpress to sent a parcel to Ireland, they in turn gave us Fedex as an option so we use them. A week or so ago Inxpress sent us an invoice say it was for unpaid duty not collected by Fedex. Then promly deducted the payment for this invoice from our bank account!
We had acquired the invoice to be told that Fedex had not been paid the duty. We are told by our customer that Fedex do not deliver parcels until the duty is paid.
We never authorised the goods to be delivered without the duty being collected.
We are now being told by Inxpress that we need to get the customer to prove that the payment was made.
We now have to get a copy of the Fedex paperwork, proof from the customer that it was our consignment that was paid for, this could take 6 months before they get the paperwork from Fedex.
and we are out of pocket 250euros
Let this be a warning if your planning on sending parcels to Europe via Inxpress. I know we won't be doing it again!!!

Day Light Robbery!!! by World Express in NW under InXpress

STAY AWAY from this NW Franchise!!! They are a shame for the whole Inxpress franchise business and ruining it for all the other franchisees too!

Mohammed Ali Gokal, Matt Anderson, Taner Dag & Ben Swann all work at World Express under InXpress Franchise model. We asked them to handle a shipment for us from the USA to the UK. The shipment was stopped by FedEx local depot in the USA after pick up and was returned after 2 days time. Ali demanded that we pay for the full Outbound Invoice of £845 & the same amount (Another £845) for a Return as well even though the shipment never left even the local depot! We called our FedEx Acc Manager and she confirmed that Fedex would never charge in such manner for a shipment never left the country.

26th Nov 2025 - Labels created & picked up

27th Nov - Ali Gokal emails demanding the full payment of £845 from us out of the blue and says he will not email me back and this is final! At this point we as a customer felt so vulnerable and helpless.

27th Nov - we sent them the SDS Document to move the shipment along but Taner Dag said that he will not forward to FedEx and refuses to help us (I just didn't understand why they would act in such a way & not try to help a client).

28th Nov - Taner holds us ransom & asks FedEx to hold our goods until we pay Inxpress.

Taner also emails us with, as 'quote' from FedEx that reads ' We will charge you in full for outbound and return'. Our FedEx Manager confirmed that FedEx would never do that on the same day as the shipment never left the local depot!

FedEx releases the goods back to the sender as they do not work so unethically. Inxpress now has no leverage so then Matt Anderson issues another Invoice for £845 saying this is for the RETURN! so now in total we are been demanded to pay £1690 for a service never fulfilled by inxpress!

We disputed the charges. Matt & Taner said that we cannot dispute any charges as they will not dispute any with their direct FedEx account - apparently this is not a possibility. They just couldn't be bothered. Mind you at this point - the shipment has returned back to sender from the local depot and we know for a fact that FedEx does not bill you for a few days. InXpress knew that they will not be charged for it.

We are been emailed & threated for days throughout.

22nd Dec - Matt Anderson emails us saying that Fedex have agreed to credit them for return if we pay them the Outbound £845! Another Tactic to make a buck out of nothing from a vulnerable client. (FedEx NEVER charged them for a return!)

InXpress said that you cannot dispute these with FedEx - so they tried to get the full payment from us & then also tried to get 'credits' from Fedex too?

If Ali Gokal had come to me and said, ‘listen, the shipment is returned from the local depot and for the time spent we need to charge you £100 as admin fee - then I would have said 'That's Fair, I will pay that' but NO, instead we are pushed to pay them on the same day for service never fulfilled & also had the audacity to bill us for a return too!

Now22nd Jan - I get an email from their Debt Collector! I have run out of patience and thus I am posting this review so no other respectable Business out there would get caught to World Express franchise under inxpress! STAY AWAY from them!

I booked a parcel in on Monday…

I booked a parcel in on Monday 08.12.2025 to be collected on Tuesday 09.12.2025, I am still waiting for the parcel to be collected today (11.12.2025) What a joke of a company. Avoid at all cost.

Lost My Package and only gave me £5 compensation!

My Ltd. Company has been with InXpress for years now and although most of the time things run smoothly, lately a case has arisen where FedEx lost our package. The goods were worth £50 and the postage was £30. InXpress have offered me a £5 refund! I'm so disappointed that I didn't just use ParcelForce or even Royal Mail. At least the compensation awarded would have covered the goods (they have £50 as standard and you can choose a £150 service). For the cost of the £30 courier I expected a premium service which would be quick, efficient and if it all went wrong I assumed they would hold they hands up and cover the costs. I was wrong, don't trust them, save some money and just use ParcelForce

We've been working with InXpress for 12…

We've been working with InXpress for 12 months now. I have to say that during the 8 years i've been with Windwave as Ops Manager, they are without doubt the best shipping company I have experienced. Their support, knowledge, diligence and problem solving is second to none. We would be lost without them. More so, with Brexit being the gift that keeps giving! Don't believe me, then drop Paul, Sam, Claudia, Hen & Grace a call. It's refreshing to be able to speak to someone rather than a courier chatline or call centre. Truly the best in the business.

The owner likes to talk on the phone. What joy.

My product was sent DHL fom Viking Opticals via inxpress..DHL had more deliveries than they could handle.After being told 3days running my goods would be delivered which didn't materialise .I contacted viking who told their carrier Inxpress.stuart the owner said he would check with DHL and if the goods were not delivered today he would personally send his driver to DHL and deliver them to me. However DHL promised him they would be delivered todayand they were. So thankyou Stuart for sorting that out for me.Plus he likes to talk to people on the phone which is a rare occurance in this age of computors.

Received an Invoice more than 50%…

Received an Invoice more than 50% higher than quoted price. On complaining there advice was "In my experience I would avoid UPS as they are known to throw surcharges after the fact that cannot be remedied"

customer service and enthusiasm

for the last couple of weeks i have been dealing with Kim Dawes at inxpress with problems that have occurred and they have been solved efficiently with the best customer service anyone could ask for. These things shouldn't go unnoticed give the girl a pay rise :)

Fantastic support from helpful people

DHL were being absolutely useless with my order and causing me a nightmare. Andy Price at InXpress (255) was extremely helpful and sorted DHL out, getting my package to me the very next day and ensuring it would not be rolled over to the next day again and again like it had been. Cheers Andy!

Great Service 139 InXpress Manchester South

Excellent company, (139) the team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I would like to give a shout out to Jacqui Devereux our Shipping Consultant who is so hands on and she always goes that extra mile to resolve our problems.
The company itself has reasonable rates with door-to-door collection and a very intuitive booking system; I would totally recommend for all shipping needs including UK and international.

Constant Breach of TPS

I'm sick and tired of constant calls from Inexpress when not only have I told them to stop but we're also on TPS so they are breaching the Privacy and Electronic (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. This is harassment now so have reported them to TPS who will take action against these absolute shower. I hope a fine will make them think twice now. No doubt a generic response from someone at Inexpress will answer this review with apologies, how they take it seriously but want more information. Too late mate, TPS are already informed and will take the appropriate action against you.

I anticipated this type of generic response hence why I put it in my original review as its so tritely predictable. It's too late as TPS have already told me that they are making contact with you over these constant breaches. The onus is upon you now to back peddle your excuses with them now as the call logs have already been given to them.

Beware hidden costs

Sadly never looked at review for these people.
So Many 1 STARS should have been a red flag. (Surprised how they have so many 5 stars!)
Sent them a photo of pallet to be shipped , they came back with a log in detail for me to get quote on line etc, when I struggled they came back with how to fill out online and at this point gave me a price, I booked and believed all went will... till invoice came and that was 4 times what was quoted!
Then came the explanations of how it was my fault and that the pallet had to have a flat top (which it did) and should have been stackable( which again I believed it was and from photo it was) and they could do nothing and charges stood.
Needless to say will not be using them in future and have removed their info from my data base.
So many fair good companies out there so would avoid these.

I am on the telephone preference…

I am on the telephone preference service so being spammed with calls is very irritating. Having put the phone down I then receive email spam saying that we got disconnected. Why spam TPS registered numbers?
The most frustrating thing is I already use Inxpress. This does not give other franchisees permission to spam me with sales calls. If you are sharing customer details between franchises this is in breach of GDPR. You should take your responsibilities seriously.

Still receiving calls from Inxpress despite being on the telephone preference service. Why don't they even check before they make calls? Clearly untrustworthy.
