Ordered Sunday 3pm. Phone call Monday 8:10 am to say delivery before 10am. Delivered before 10am, old unit and packaging removed. Washing machine operational before 11am. Used the membership and got free delivery, free removal of packaging and old machine which on the two purchases in lees than 12 months has saved me nearly £100. Amazing

I have bought two cases of mixed red and the price per bottle has been reasonable. Not all of the wines have been to my taste. I think I will stick to the wines I know I like and shop around to get them at the “best” price which is usually when there is a buy 6 and 25% off offer at a supermarket.

Having had the Wiser system for one month I can confirm that my gas usage has increased by over 20% when compared with using a Nest thermostat.
This is despite reducing the number of hours of heating per day, reducing the thermostat by one degree and having bedrooms on for a couple of hours per day as opposed all the time when using the Nest.
I have been in contact with Wiser who take ages to reply I eventually got an email from Ellie who fobbed me off. I have written to the MD and await his response. I will update if he replies.
Save your money and save money on your gas bill.

Setting up the Wiser system is very easy, if you read the instructions. I didn’t and got in a mess. Phoned Wiser Technical support, phone was answered quickly (that’s a good start I thought). John listened and set me on the right track, I had to phone again and spoke to Charles who emailed me instructions on resetting the software. Next day received a follow up email to check all was now working correctly. This level of service is rare and really appreciated. I feel confident that my CH/HW control is in good hands and will be adding to it with additional rad stats. Thanks guys!!

I like the app and the search function
There is a good range of cottages etc. to choose from
I like the fact that you take payments automatically on the due dates
I don’t like having to go to the website to view details of payments made. If this could be incorporated into the app it would be better

We exchanged our voucher towards DB&B at a Cotswold Hotel and all was good.
I hope we never receive another buyagift voucher. The task of finding what and where we could use it plus the process of exchanging the buyagift voucher for the hotels voucher so we could finally book our night away is far from user friendly. In addition to the voucher we had to spend £130 for one night with dinner in a hotel.
We did enjoy it though.

Site is very good in many respects. However I found I needed to repeatedly enter my search criteria.
Searching on a location is not refined. Cottage locations are not always where they are described to be e.g. cottages with a Rothbury address were found to be miles away from Rothbury.
Other more friendly sites offer a map search. We use these sites in preference to your site. We only come to your site if we can’t find what we want on these other sites. Your owners are missing out on rentals

Easy to create an add. Add live on Saturday lunch time. Car sold Saturday afternoon. Picked on Monday money in the bank. We recently sold a Motorhome through Autotrader. That sold within two days.
Like the security of selling via Autotrader. .

Charger had been switched off for months until the car arrived. When switched on had difficulty connecting via WiFi through the Router. Spoke to a very helpful person at Hypervolt and he talked me through the steps to get working again. He also updated the Firmware and telephoned a few hours later to check all was working which it was. Great service. Thanks.

I urgently needed two parts and ordered to be delivered by DPD the estimated delivery date was potentially later than I needed. I phoned JK and Georgina got the parts picked and dispatched that afternoon and I got the parts the next day.
Much better service than another vw parts seller who don’t even answer their phones after 1pm!!!!
