Worse online shopping experience of 2025!

After using new balance many times before I’ve never had an issue. This time I decided to get my parcel delivered to a new Yeep! Locker around the corner from me.

Let me tell you these lockers are absolutely useless and you only need to read the reviews of Yeep to know you’re going to have problems. I expected NB to work to resolve this as quickly as they could and keep me informed. Instead I’ve been met with incompetence, defensiveness and an absolute refusal to do anything. The only saving grace is I paid via PayPal so will just raise a charge back but this will take 30 days!

If you want to save yourself the aggro DO NOT buy from New Balance!

Absolutely shocking. Good luck ever getting your parcel out!

Absolutely shocking. I hope someone reads this review before they decide to get a parcel delivered to one of these lockers.

Currently my parcel is still locked away as they never bothered sending me the collection code.
Spent 20 minutes downloading an absolutely useless app. With so many other parcel lockers in existence I’m confused to why these useless ones exist.

Exceptional Service and Top-Quality Solar Installation by Core7

After two years of deliberating over solar and getting quotes from almost every company out there, not to mention dealing with a fair share of pushy, cowboy-style salesmen, meeting Gareth at Core7 was a breath of fresh air. I must have changed my mind about what I wanted at least half a dozen times. Gareth was incredibly patient throughout, providing multiple quotes along with detailed technical sheets each time. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable with whatever decision I made.

Once I finally made my choice, I was booked in for installation in four weeks, allowing time for the DNO approval. A week before the installation, the scaffolding was erected, and all materials were delivered promptly.

During the installation week, the team arrived bright and early every day. They were polite, professional, and kept everything tidy. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation was discreet, with cables hidden wherever possible. The attention to detail was impressive, with everything installed to the exact millimetre to ensure perfect symmetry for the best possible aesthetic.

All in all, I can't thank Core7 enough for the solar and battery installation. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Shocking service incapable of delivering a basic service.

Where is my ordered? Advised 2 - 4 days delivery now 7 days in and not even a despatch email! I emailed after not hearing anything to be told they are having some issues and to look out for my despatch email soon.
At this point I’ve given up I needed the bulbs for a project over the weekend, I’ve emailed asking for a refund but currently being ignored!

Very efficient service

We used Premier Property Lawyers as our mortgage broker recommended them. At first I was sceptical about using online solicitors as have previously used a local firm. I can't recommend them enough, Louise was brilliant from start to finish and very quick with communication.

DO NOT USE!

If I could give this review a 0 star rating I would. I get this insurance through my bank but feel like I have been massively conned, having paid £13 a month for the past 6 years with Nationwide I wish I just put the money into a savings account to use incase my phone ever got damaged / lost.
I won't even go into the lack of urgency at getting the phone back to me after I sent it in, as the far more pressing issue is the lack of genuine iPhone parts they use to refurbish their phones!
The phone to the naked eye looks immaculate but when you compare it like for like to a phone straight from Apple there are clear differences the main one being the quality of the screen. What I sent off was an iPhone XS with a working True Tone display, the none genuine replacement I have received no longer has this as a working feature. I have now paid a fortune in insurance premiums for a sub par product. I will be writing to my bank to advise them of this but in the mean time I would advise all of you to cancel your premium accounts and get a proper insurance policy that does a like for like replacement.
