Shocking service incapable of delivering a basic service.

Where is my ordered? Advised 2 - 4 days delivery now 7 days in and not even a despatch email! I emailed after not hearing anything to be told they are having some issues and to look out for my despatch email soon.
At this point I’ve given up I needed the bulbs for a project over the weekend, I’ve emailed asking for a refund but currently being ignored!
