Review of Assurant

DO NOT USE!

If I could give this review a 0 star rating I would. I get this insurance through my bank but feel like I have been massively conned, having paid £13 a month for the past 6 years with Nationwide I wish I just put the money into a savings account to use incase my phone ever got damaged / lost.
I won't even go into the lack of urgency at getting the phone back to me after I sent it in, as the far more pressing issue is the lack of genuine iPhone parts they use to refurbish their phones!
The phone to the naked eye looks immaculate but when you compare it like for like to a phone straight from Apple there are clear differences the main one being the quality of the screen. What I sent off was an iPhone XS with a working True Tone display, the none genuine replacement I have received no longer has this as a working feature. I have now paid a fortune in insurance premiums for a sub par product. I will be writing to my bank to advise them of this but in the mean time I would advise all of you to cancel your premium accounts and get a proper insurance policy that does a like for like replacement.
