Disgusting

Disgusting. Must have known they were going into administration at Christmas and still sold us £300 of gift vouchers that our relative now can’t spend! Should be illegal

Ordered a really important Christmas…

Ordered a really important Christmas present for someone from here. I paid £170 for an acrylic photo album for my wife which was a big co-part of her main Christmas present. The website said my order was guaranteed for delivery before Christmas and I even paid extra for the even faster shipping option.

I’ve just had an email today to say it has only just left POLAND! On Christmas Eve!

Thanks a lot guys for lying on your website!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am truly sorry to hear about the delay with your order and the frustration caused by the situation, especially considering how important this Christmas gift was for you. The worst customer service imaginable

The worst customer service imaginable, especially when you’re talking about one of the richest companies of all time!!

I am trying to change the address of my business and they won’t allow me to as we don’t have a sign on a store front yet. It is currently in production and we are waiting for it to arrive so we can install it…..in the meantime our customers are sending valuable goods into us (we are a precious metal dealer) and it’s getting lost in the post! Are Google going to cover these losses?

Royal Mail are the perfect example of…

Royal Mail are the perfect example of what happens when a company holds such a strong position in its particular sector and becomes so big that they no longer have to care about customer service or the repercussions that come with it.

We have had yet another valuable item (insured by Royal Mail) stolen by Royal Mail and are struggling to get anywhere with regards to getting anything done about it.

Negligent and possibly corrupt to the core.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have filled out the relevant forms online within the required 24hour period that they state regarding our damaged delivery (which we didn’t sign for or inspect upon delivery as it was left in our porch by the delivery company).

I have been waiting for over a week and still no response at all.

Review of Companieshouse

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

What a snivelling bunch of cretins…

What a snivelling bunch of cretins these guys are. I had a legitimate mitigating factor that held me back from filing my accounts on time. I’ll explain them below.

My accountant recently sold his firm to another large firm. Due to the back log, the new company (Tax Assist) were having a hard time catching up with all the new clients. Unfortunately my accounts were going to be filed late. I emailed phoned companies house and also emailed them in advance to explain the situation. I didn’t hear back following the email I was advised to send and assumed all would be well.

Roll a couple of months and I’ve received two £375 fines, one for each of my companies. I appealed and explained my situation, I explained that I had contacted them prior and had been advised to send them an email.

Companies house didn’t accept this and said that it is up to me to do my accounts. This is ridiculous. I’m not an accountant and I wouldn’t have a clue where to start. Of course companies house knows this and they just take in money from the poor sods that they fine. The person who declined my appeal suggested that I hire a new director to handle my accounts. What a moron!!!! As if times aren’t hard enough at the moment in this country.

There’s a word I’d use to describe companies house, but my review wouldn’t be accepted if I used it.

Review of Frozen Brothers

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I'm so pleased to see more individuals…

I'm so pleased to see more individuals leaving reviews for this company in order to warn others who might be tempted by their three-year contracts.

If you’re considering leasing a Tango Ice Blast machine from them... PLEASE DON'T!!! Frozen Brothers are an awful and borderline evil company to deal with.

I left my job when my daughter fell seriously ill and was hospitalized (she had been in and out for five years). In order to be close to the hospital and maintain regular visits, we decided to buy a small local shop. Frozen Brothers promised us the world with their estimates of the earnings we could make using their machine. In total, we lost about £10,000 on wasted syrups, wasted gas, and monthly payments over the three years. It nearly ruined our new business. When we explained our financial situation and the situation with our daughter to them and requested to be released from our contract (as the machine never worked and broke down each and every time they "fixed" it), they threatened us with legal action if we attempted to return the machine and stop the payments.

Frozen Brothers are the worst company I have ever encountered, and I’ve spoken to many others they have wronged with their unfit-for-purpose machines.

Please don’t be lured into entering one of their leases!!!

Review of Capry

I’ve been battling issues with red dry skin down the sides of my nose, around and between my eyebrows and on my chin for going on 13 years. I assumed it was just a dry skin issue and have battled it with little success, using every brand of moisturiser known to man.

Roll on 3 weeks ago and my sister sent me an Instagram post which was posted by a skin doctor talking about something called Seborrheic dermatitis. Its signs and symptoms were exactly what I had. So….armed with an actual diagnosis for my ailment, I googled “ Seborrheic dermatitis cure”, and Capry Oil just happened to be the first product that popped up. I ordered a bottle and it worked almost overnight. Certainly after 4-5 applications my Seborrheic dermatitis has vanished, completely. No sign or trace of it. So for that I have to give Capry Oil 5 stars! Life changer for me personally.

As a host I will say that Airbnb…

As a host I will say that Airbnb completely favours guests. We had a guy stay at our place and he completely trashed it. He left empty cocaine wraps ALL OVER the place, stumped out spliffs on the worktops and had broken multiple cupboard doors and furniture. He’d been smoking weed in our flat and the cleaners ended up charging us an extra £200 to get rid of the smell and to handle the drug paraphernalia. It also cost me over £400 in repairs. I sent photo evidence to Airbnb who were completely useless and they even stopped me being able to leave a review on the guys profile. I dread to think how many other people have ended up renting their places out to him so he can hold his drug parties there because of this.

As a host, Airbnb are not there to help you. We had our place absolutely trashed by a guest who left cupboards broken, bed slats snapped, empty bags and bags of cocaine strewn around the place as well as cannabis joint stumps on the floors etc. Our cleaning company charged us an additional £200 for the cleaning and to get rid of the cannabis smell from the flat. Airbnb said they were investigating…..and then went on to do absolutely nothing except block me from even being able to review the guest. Despicable!!

Great service from Chrissy

Great service from Chrissy, who has been incredibly helpful. I'm based in the UK, and the camera arrived surprisingly fast, in less than a week, to be exact. Just a heads up for anyone purchasing one, it can be a little challenging to initially grasp as you're reliant on a flashing light to navigate through the various options and modes of the camera. Don't let that discourage you, though. Once you get the hang of it, it's straightforward. Chrissy is very prompt in her assistance when you reach out to her. The daytime footage is fantastic. The night footage is good, but understandably not as clear as the daytime footage. I would definitely recommend this product.

Review of Just Eat

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Beware of JustEat: Unreliable Service and Unfair Refund Policies

I am deeply disappointed by the poor service and unfair refund policies I have experienced with JustEat. As a loyal and hardworking customer who has spent my hard-earned money on their platform, I am appalled by the lack of accountability and integrity displayed by this company.

Twice now, I have been left empty-handed and out of pocket due to JustEat's failure to deliver the food I ordered. Not only did I miss out on the meals I was looking forward to, but I also had to endure the frustration and inconvenience of not receiving what I paid for. Despite this, JustEat has only offered me a partial refund, which is simply unacceptable.

My most recent encounter with JustEat's irresponsible behavior involved an order that totaled over £12. When the delivery failed to materialize, I contacted their customer support, expecting a full refund as any reasonable person would. However, to my dismay, I was informed that they would only be refunding me £6.98. This decision left me feeling cheated and disrespected as a paying customer.

It is morally and ethically wrong for JustEat to withhold a portion of my hard-earned money when they have failed to fulfill their end of the transaction. As a consumer, I am entitled to receive the full value of the services I have paid for. JustEat's refusal to refund the entire amount for an undelivered order is a clear violation of customer trust and fairness.

In a time when customer loyalty and satisfaction should be paramount, JustEat's actions have shattered my confidence in their brand. Instead of taking full responsibility for their failures, they have chosen to prioritize their own financial gain over the well-being of their customers. This lack of integrity is not only disappointing but also disrespectful to the individuals who support their business.

I urge anyone considering using JustEat to think twice before placing an order on their platform. The risk of losing your money without receiving the promised service is very real. It is deeply disheartening to see a company disregard the fundamental principles of honesty and transparency in favor of their own convenience.

In conclusion, JustEat's repeated mishandling of my orders and their refusal to issue full refunds for undelivered services has left me deeply disillusioned. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone, and I implore them to take immediate action to rectify these unjust policies and behaviors. It is time for JustEat to reflect on their treatment of customers and make meaningful changes to regain the trust and respect they have lost.

Review of ScottishPower

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I am profoundly disappointed by the…

I am profoundly disappointed by the service I have received from Scottish Power regarding my shop premises' energy account. The mishandling of my account setup and ongoing management has led to an experience that has been incredibly distressing.

Adding a bit of background, when I initially set up my business, I contacted Scottish Power to establish an account. I was informed that my account and direct debit were set up. However, approximately a year later, I started receiving threatening letters from Scottish Power, asserting that I owed them £7000. It transpired that Scottish Power had failed to set up my account and direct debit correctly. Despite months of attempting to resolve this issue, my debt accumulated to £11,000, and I was unable to speak with anyone about it. I ultimately sought the intervention of the ombudsman, who reviewed all correspondence between myself and Scottish Power and ruled in my favor. The ombudsman instructed Scottish Power to issue a written apology, establish my account correctly, and arrange an affordable payment plan for my new business.

Regrettably, achieving this outcome took weeks, and the payment plan set up by Scottish Power is not affordable. In fact, it is unachievable, demanding an additional £1000 on top of my monthly bills. This unreasonably burdensome requirement is detrimental to my new business and makes it nearly impossible to sustain.

As a result of Scottish Power's sheer incompetence, my only viable option seems to be the unfortunate closure of my business. Scottish Power's actions have significantly impacted my business and perpetuated an immensely distressing experience.

Thank you, Scottish Power.

Crap

Crap. Can’t speak to anybody. One of my employees has been desperately scrambling to get out of this thing before the deadline, she’s missed it and now contributions are being taken from her wages. She’s tried again today and can’t get through to a human to speak to. Keeps asking for her NEST ID which she doesn’t know.
