They had the travel set I was after for the lowest price in the market. Customer services responded to my enquiry email in 7 minutes and delivery was the next working day in excellent condition. I have already ordered again from them.

On 24/10 I purchased on line a watch. I received one that was used and the previous owner had opened extra holes in the leather strap. It is dishonest and unacceptable that a used and damaged item was released to a customer. They admitted full responsibility and offered to refund the price of the watch and the return postage. After a few days I received a refund of £325 into my PayPal account but they still haven't sent a cheque for £8.55 for the return postage, as they said they would do. I have emailed their customer services multiple times and they say it's with the accountants and they don't know how long it will take to release the cheque. It is almost six weeks now and I call it a write off.
This company is pathetic, they provide appalling service and I have regretted buying from them. Good luck to any future customers of these charlatans.

Emailed Customer services before purchase asking a few questions. They responded immediately and they were very helpful.
I bought a 400 thread count set and the quality for the price paid is unbeatable. It was delivered without any problems. I will buy again.

I bought 4 premium tyres and 48h later I received a phone call from the fitters that the tyres were there and I could go and have them fitted. The price was 25% cheaper than the second best I found online. Not bad at all.
Two small issues. I emailed customer services the day after placed the order and never got a reply.
Fitters charged £15 per tyre. A bit expensive I think.
Still saved a few pounds.
I would recommend tyreleader but call the fitters before ordering.
