We ordered a case of wine for my Brother in law for Christmas. The website said it would be delivered in time for Christmas but by Christmas it hadn't even been dispatched. No email saying that it had been delayed or anything. Finally it was delivered on Jan 3rd!
We certainly won't be ordering from Giordano again. Very poor service!

Needed a new, smaller front chainring to give me more leeway when climbing on my 1x set up. This chainring was reasonably priced, looks bling and arrived within a couple of days. So far it is working great.
