Sweaty Betty for the win.

My wife has been using sweaty betty for years and continues to choose them over LL and other brands. The colours are great, the fit is very good and she’s had zero issues with breakages or rips etc. the quality is wonderful and even on some of her older leggings (3 years plus) there’s no fading or material snagging.

We had a delivery issue recently and Sara from the CS team went above and beyond in sorting my issue, particularly as it was for a birthday next week. She ensured o was happy which in turn ensures that my wife is happy. SB listened to the issue and immediately rectified it. As a result, we will happily continue to use SB for all our sporting needs.

Review of Vispring

A cat amongst the pigeons.

I will start this review with a caveat, we have owned three Vispring Devonshire mattresses in our lifetime and all but the last one have been spectacular. We had an issue with our last one and whilst any support was initially denied (settling was within tolerance), Mark from Vispring reached out and quite frankly gave us the best customer service that we have ever received. (He 100% deserves a bonus this year).

We are now the proud owners of a new mattress and we now have the tools (regular turning and flipping) to help us keep the mattress in tip top shape for as long as possible. We were not made aware but natural mattresses will always settle and contour to the bodys shape and so moving forward, we can be a bit more careful.

I don't need to wax lyrical about the mattresses because chances are if you have owned one or tried one in a furniture store you will know that their product is unbeatable. It's a British brand with a wonderful history and did you know they furnished the suites on the titanic? I sure didn't...

Anyway, the mattresses and divans are excellent but in addition to that, the customer service is 100% perfect. What does that mean? It means you can buy a Vispring mattress knowing that you've got a 30 year guarantee which is backed up by the sharpest and most emphatic customer service team in the UK.

Yes, they seem expensive but sleep is an investment. We spend a long time (cumulatively) in bed and it's important that we make the right choice when it comes to bedding, beds and mattresses. For the latter, just use Vispring.

Thanks again for turning this frown upside down and we will continue to sing Vispring's praises at every opportunity.

A great delivery experience

Rapid delivery - they keep us updated before collecting the item and gave us a window in which they would deliver. They rang 30 minutes out and brought the divan and headboard up to the required room. The drivers were friendly and we would use them again. Thanks.

Another 5* experience.

This is our second time booking with Destination 2 and both times it's been amazing customer service. I was phoned by Jackie who is s sales manager and she literally could not have been more helpful. If only everyone in the travel industry was that proactive... From our perspective, our first holiday last year was great and we are now super excited about 2026. A huge thanks to Jackie for her patience, help and diligence and thanks for helping us secure our dream holiday.

The team at Norwich are amazing and always have been. I’ve just purchased another 8 treatments and I’m always made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. Everything is explained in detail and any questions or concerns are answered very quickly. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, they’re the market leaders in the UK for a reason.

Don’t bother looking elsewhere!

We had a total of 9 quotes from different companies (it’s a big investment so we needed to get it right). We were blown away by Eco Renewables Group and their team. There was no pushy salespeople and their knowledge was in our experience unrivaled.

Every member of staff we spoke with was and is only too happy to help and we are confident we made the right decision to go with them. Their phenomenal customer service and installation team is complimented by their unbeatable prices. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, just give Ryan and the team a ring and save yourself a lot of wasted time.

PS - we are electricity only and our daily bill has gone from £10/11 per day to 75p…

An awesome experience.

Absolutely first class! Igor and Andrei were both fantastic, kept me informed of what was happening and ensured everything was placed in the relevant rooms. They mounted the tv on to the wall and took the time to show me how to work it. They were super professional and polite and respectful of our property. We don’t get to chose our couriers most of the time but if we could we would chose panther! 5*!

Truly shambolic performance

The worst delivery and customer service experience we have ever had. I appreciate that COVID has presented issues but having to wait over 8 weeks for two frames to be delivered is a disgrace. They keep trying to send them via Hermes say they're too big. Hermes send them back and Habitat say they're not too big. They eventually turn up, smashed to pieces. Eventually habitat customer services reply and after seeing photos agree to send out two more, the same process happens and we are now in the third cycle. Absolutely pathetic. We have used you for almost 10 years but no more, we are off to Made and Swoon for all of our home related items.

So far so good

So far so good! I had a very pleasant appointment at Birmingham and all my immediate questions were answered. Fred took over after that and explained the process in a very comprehensive manner. I’ve just started the treatment so will reserve judgement on that until later but if it’s as good as their customer service and initial appointment and impressions then I’m sure I’ll be more than happy.

Avoid avoid avoid!

We have now had two installations cancelled in a week, both of them the evening before installation was due! It’s an utter shambles and another payment to the electrician for cancelling his days work, that’s £250 paid now, will we see that back?

We are homeless as of Friday and moving into a house with no worktops, the level of disdain I have right now for this company is off the scale! They haven’t even templated yet for the splash backs, utter cowboys!

My advice would be avoid! Wren are great at telling you it will be templated and installed within 10 days of kitchen installation but a month on and we don’t even have work tops, it appears from other reviews that we are not alone! Their customer service is appalling and they adopt an attitude of “well it’s not our problem”! Companies like this are everything that’s wrong with the ‘high street’ and it’s obvious why people are flocking to the internet in their droves for kitchens and worktops! Mistake made but lesson learned, never again!

Thanks for ruining our big move into our self build on Friday!

Cheap and cheerful... they got the job done but time was lacking.

it’s an average law firm filled with above average solicitors. Where they are let down is by their administration. Chris was a nice chap and did his best to push things through but there were times when he ran out of time and had to pass on bad news. He did always keep me informed and I never felt like I had trouble getting hold of him.

They aren’t the cheapest and they’re not the most expensive, they have some empathy which really helps and if they were to recruit one or two extra clerks then I think they would be excellent.

I would use them again but only if it didn’t involve target/HCA. An absolute nightmare and chris was stung on more than one occasion!

The house is now sold and all parties are content. We parted ways at the end and I apologised for my over zealous attitude but there have been a lot of external complications which didn’t help!

Onwards and upwards! I’ll monitor their growth.

A partridge amongst the pigeons

I purchased a Bose lifestyle soundtouch 535 system and at around 3 grand it wasn't cheap, when making a purchase that large you want to be sure that you are in good hands. Right from the onset I knew this company were not your average high street norm. Drew took my enquiry and built a solid rapport which gave me the confidence to make such a big purchase over the Internet. I was deployed overseas at the time and nothing was too much work for him or his colleagues.

In addition the post sale customer service has also been incredible. I have no qualms in recommending exceptional AV to any potential customer and would like to sincerely thank Drew for all of his patience and knowledge, the system is incredible and I now have many happy years of surround sound ahead of me.

100% farcical and corrupt.

How I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering a 600 pound garden furniture set. I have tried ringing 8 times and sent two emails. I have now been on hold for 33 minutes on the most recent call. They delivered an item yesterday late and it was the wrong set. It was in a battered box and the glass was cracked. The delivery drivers gave me a good insight into this company and I will never use them again.

when I eventually get through to someome I will get a full refund and spend it at a legit company with some form of customer service. The woman I just spoke to on the sales line was an absolute cow and frankly her attitide was you have bought your item and given us your cash, we now don't care about you.

AVOID at all costs!!!!!!!

Outstanding quality and excellent customer service.

The sample arrived almost immediately and the blinds themselves were not far behind. There was a small glitch with shipping times as they were ops but I had several phone calls to update me on progress and I could not have been happier with the overall service. The blinds themselves are outstanding and they really complete our home. Thanks to all involved with our purchase.
