Problem with OSB Kent Reliance

Reasonable interest.
Not bad web interface.
But!
NO way to contact head office Sunderland.
All phones go to India. They are helpful. But sent me wrong end of year 24/25.
I e mailed 5 times.
I phoned 4or 5 times.
I e mailed formal complaints twice.
Promised correct report early last week. After 5 to 6 working days, No end of year reports by post!!!???
Now, my only option, this report, report to Financial Ombudsman, complain in writing to the OSB Kent Reliance M D.

P. S. Let's see if clever enough to find on depositors' Data Base.
Maybe this report will wake up

Visited pret a manger Westfield W12.

Visited its Westfield W12 outlet.
Good food
Good service.
Friendly staff.
Had to sit on high stool as all tables full.
Seems good business.
Pity that it is more expensive than Gregg.
But Gregg was full. Not enough seating tables.

At 13:00 I asked boots man for foot talc.
Very helpful.
Led me to the right row.
Found the product.
Took me to a free till, yo pay by card.
Excellent service by Furqan.
Yen marks out of ten.

Pity that I cannot put this comment on the boots web windows.

Range of vitamins

Good range of products
Helpful range of vitamins
Helpful staff
Good staff priduct knowledge and relevance to health.
Some products are more pricy than boots.
Especially at brent cross shopping centre, where the shops face one another.

Experian not a user friendly experience today

Experian sent me e mail today so that I can see my score.
I could not log in.
I do not know if I have an account.
I do Not want another app download
To see my report, I was asked far too many questions.
There is No feedback icon.
There is no e mail contact.
The whole web feels user UNfriendly.
It was Not helpful.
At the end, somehow, I managed to get my score without having to pay and without downloading the app.
Also, I found that either I do not need any of the offers. Or, some of the offers are Not for persons above age 65.
In my private case, quite useless, apart from my score which is very good.
Rather a somewhat waste of time on visiting experian.co.uk.

Hello. I can understand why today’s experience left you feeling disappointed. Being sent an email to view your score, only to find you could not log in and were unsure whether you even had an account, would make the whole process feel more complicated than it should be. Having to work through so many questions with no clear contact route or feedback option would only add to that frustration.

You can always view your Experian credit score for free. Paid subscriptions offer extra features, but they are optional. The website can also be used if you prefer not to download the app, although I appreciate that the site did not feel user friendly from your point of view. Your feedback on this is helpful.

You also mentioned emails and offers that did not apply to you. You can update how we contact you, including marketing messages and offer notifications, by changing the message settings in your account.

Thank you for explaining the experience so clearly. It shows which parts of the journey felt awkward, confusing, and ultimately unhelpful for you.

Has Amazon database been interfered with???

I have a suspicion that Amazon customer database could or may have been hacked!?

A friend of mine had problems with all the credit cards.
Monies may have been taken or attempted.
Some have now been sorted . But not all.
New cards had to be issued. A lot of phone calls had to be made.
I am given to understand that Amazon helped very little.
I am not sure if clients/members/customers have been warned!
I did not see any mention in the press or
T V.
Readers very very aware and careful. Just in case.
May be, revert to buying from companies web sites or by phone, directly. Not via amazon.
And whatever you do, use only credit card. Not Debit card!!!

PayPal unnecessary intermediary

I do not think I have an account with paypel.
No simple way to contact PayPal.
I do not want or need PayPal.
I pay usually in shop, by credit card, Not via PayPal.
Just had an e mail about changing the conditions!?

In my opinion, PayPal unnecessary
in-betweener. Adds complications.
MasterCard and/or barclsycardVisa are more than enough.
I hope PayPal gets the message and stops buying.

Reduced products that are irrelevant to me

All the ads today are for reduced non tesco products.
I cannot see any tesco own products mentioned or reduced.
Most of the mentioned products are not on my weekly shopping list.
Some of those on my weekly shopping have been raised by at least 10% or more.
Some of the cheaper products, such as 15 mixed eggs have Disappeared.
I do not understand why people still shop at tesco???
In at least one newspaper it was shown that some brands in tesco are as expensive as in sainsbury.
And in my opinion, sainsbury is try to compete with waitrose, being just as expensive.

Very late delivery

Delivry instruction, before 2 pm was not followed

Last minute text 1:23 pm to 3:23 pm new delivery, was not delivered. No call or text of when will actually deliver.
I spent 30 minutes phoning healthnethomecare. Only then I was told 4:13 pm to 4:45 pm expected delivery. No text notice.
Eventual delivery at 4:17 pm.
I wrote a feedback to healthnethomecare.
Also, a formal notice to UCLH who manages the home service.
Overall, not a good delivery service.

Something in trustpilot is very odd!!!
I can edit existing text.
But I cannot, at present, write a new repirt on a totally different company.

Very sorry about this.

I could not find how to start a new review.
So, I add to this current review.
My appologies to Evri.

I gave meir panim, a charity, one off donation of £18.
All of a sudden, I got charged aditional £2.77 conversion to dollars.
And, meir panim started, withour my permission, a direct debit on my visa.
Their London representative, manna, has not been able to stop the direct debit either.
You have been advised and warned.

Bad delivery or losing package?

Very tricky to find the tracking reference number.
This is second time late, this time very late delivery.
Using my name, address and phone number alone, Evri could not find my parcel.
Evri did not escalate or contact their driver, when I asked the on line chat to do.
No phone number to contact Evri.
The company took over a company called Hermes, which delivered on time.
Evri , for my deliveries, is Bad!

Good choice.
Very confusing about where it is to be delivered.
Present on a wedding list should automatically set delivery address to the couple.
Not to the person who buys the present.
I got it. The drver left it on my door step.
Did not wait for me or ring the bell long enough.
Luckily, I drive a car and the couple address is only 1.5 miles from me.

Not good delivery.
