Very late delivery
Delivry instruction, before 2 pm was not followed
Last minute text 1:23 pm to 3:23 pm new delivery, was not delivered. No call or text of when will actually deliver.
I spent 30 minutes phoning healthnethomecare. Only then I was told 4:13 pm to 4:45 pm expected delivery. No text notice.
Eventual delivery at 4:17 pm.
I wrote a feedback to healthnethomecare.
Also, a formal notice to UCLH who manages the home service.
Overall, not a good delivery service.
