Order placed and never delivered despite delivery driver claimed falsely that they did. Requested a full refund and they only refunded the items and not for the service or delivery so I’m left out of pocket. Several requests for communication submitted via their App but no replies. Disgusting lack of Customer Service. Will now black list them for good. Utter crooks.

Useless company. App will be deleted. Ordered McDonalds breakfast before 10:30am. Order accepted and being prepared 5min later. Then nothing happened. 11:25 and the order then was cancelled by Just Eat without warning or notice. Complained but customer services team based in India. Worst service ever. Will never use them again!

Placed order. Had to contact customer services after 3 days because nothing had happened. They then said the order had been dispatched with Yodel but it didn’t arrive until several days later than promised.

Great customer service! Royal Mail failed to deliver the order. Phoned up X8R and they sorted a replacement sent by courier.

Order due for delivery on Sunday (now past) still “lost” in the system. Still not showing up on the DPD website. Wiggle website says it’s been shipped. Someone isn’t telling the truth! No reply from Wiggle Customer Services. No phone number to speak to anyone. Bit poor from one of UK’s largest online retailers.

Did a ‘click & collect’ on the website to pick up a guitar stand from the Oxford store. On arriving at the store they told me they didn’t actually have any in stock. They checked to see if any other nearby stores had the same stand in stock. Was advised the Birmingham store had lots. Drove then to the Birmingham store only to be told they had none! After some heated discussion they agreed to sell me a similar stand (more expensive) for the same price which was reasonable. However, their stock control system needs sorting out as it clearly does not work very well.

Placed an order where their website said there was stock. Several days later I get an email saying there's a problem. Not clear whether it's in stock or not. Can't contact the company because their online form doesn't work. Terrible company. Terrible website. Can't recommend. Now waiting for a refund after zero contact from anyone. These people are crooks. Stay away!!

Have shopped at Wheelspin Models a number of times now and they're certainly a cut above the rest in more ways than one. Friendly and helpful staff, a good range of products often not found elsewhere, and prompt and reliable delivery to name but a few. Would definitely recommend you give them a try.

Found the products I wanted at great prices. Items sent promptly by Tamico, but then got stuck in UK Customs due to new system by ParcelForce/RoyalMail. Marc and the team at Tamico were very helpful in trying to find out why, even though it wasn't their fault! The goods arrived a few days later. Highly recommended if you're looking for Tamiya products.

There's a reason I keep going back to Hennies, and in a word it's service.

They may not be the cheapest site out there for certain items, but they stock a bewildering range of goods and some brands you will struggle to find anywhere else. Combine that with a really fast order turn-around and goods that are very carefully packaged so they arrive in A1 condition, and you will soon forget the few extra pounds you paid.

The range of products and prices and very good. However, with an order totalling over £80 the goods were sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, which only covers goods up to a value of £50 and has not been received two days after being dispatched. Given you have to wait 2 weeks before the goods can be considered 'lost', you are likely to be out of pocket and waiting a long, long time before anything materialises!?!

I think it's fair to ask that on orders over £50 a better delivery service is included in the price.

The prices may be competitive compared to the rest of Europe, and for me the UK but the shipping service is poor and the turn-around terrible. What is stated as an 'EXPRESS' service takes close to a week combined with a two day packing time from the moment of placing the order!

If you need your goods in a hurry, think twice!!
