The image was misleading and the lights on the tree were separate with a large box requiring 3 x AA batteries. There is no news of an exchange or refund or supply of tiny lights with watch-sizes battery. It is odd they are called Lights 4 Fun and you would have thought they would have all kinds of lights.

Beko Washer Dryer bought February 2024. It arrived with dented casing. It was taken back but there wasn't another to replace it. The old one was left on a brand new carpet and has left large grey blotch and heavy indentations. The damage department is uncontactable. The w/d was replaced in May 2024 by a Logik. It kept stopping mid-cycle. Heat element replaced by engineer but has never been right. Completely impossible to get anyone either from Currys in Oxford or many phone calls even as far as call centre in S Africa. I'd like a replacement. The tenants have been very patient with no washer dryer for weeks.

I agree with the others. Only one star. A lot of money lost and I ended up doing it myself. I followed the Professional Standards Complaints Procedure for Clerksroom Direct and Barrister Group, for the same reasons. Inevitably,it was not upheld. It is an internal investigation. Whilst they referred me to the Ombudsman this Company is not regulated by any Ombudsman at all. They are brokers. They sit on messages to the barristers then will hold you to ransom for more money, at the last minute. Go direct to Bar Council to find a genuine legal representative. I wish I had looked at the single star reviews first and would never have contacted them. Steer well clear.
