Trouble for almost a year with new washer/dryer.

Beko Washer Dryer bought February 2024. It arrived with dented casing. It was taken back but there wasn't another to replace it. The old one was left on a brand new carpet and has left large grey blotch and heavy indentations. The damage department is uncontactable. The w/d was replaced in May 2024 by a Logik. It kept stopping mid-cycle. Heat element replaced by engineer but has never been right. Completely impossible to get anyone either from Currys in Oxford or many phone calls even as far as call centre in S Africa. I'd like a replacement. The tenants have been very patient with no washer dryer for weeks.
