I ordered specific hypoallergenic food…

I ordered specific hypoallergenic food for my dog, choosing home delivery for convenience. The package arrived two days late, and the box was damaged, with one of the food bags slightly torn open. It's frustrating because I rely on timely deliveries for essential items like this. The customer service chat was slow to respond and only offered a small discount on a future purchase, which doesn't solve the immediate problem
