I ordered specific hypoallergenic food…

I ordered specific hypoallergenic food for my dog, choosing home delivery for convenience. The package arrived two days late, and the box was damaged, with one of the food bags slightly torn open. It's frustrating because I rely on timely deliveries for essential items like this. The customer service chat was slow to respond and only offered a small discount on a future purchase, which doesn't solve the immediate problem

abysmal customer service

The customer service e-mails are blocked, no one picks up the phone, the chat doesn't work and the tracking number for my order is invalid. no one will reply on social media, either. my order was supposed to have arrived by now, but i have no way of knowing if it is even on its way to me or not. abysmal customer service - avoid ordering from them.
