Not the same Zulily as the past. Prices are nothing compared to deals in the past. Shipping is extremely long...2 months to ship? Just not worth the effort for the price and items you receive. This used to be my go to place for kids and adult items. Time to cut the cord.

Zero communication on an order placed in October 2025, sent confirmation of shipment right after order was placed and then….nothing. No order arrived and no response to numerous emails. I used to order from Zulily all the time but not again.
so they grab you with ok prices and emails everyday. I ordered and everything fell in a deep hole. They email with an update with 5 steps and it looks like a week for each step. No customer service chat, No customer service phone number. Took me forever to find a email, but they do not answer that. So the little bit you save is not worth the hassle. If you ever get your product. I knew something was up with they had an up fee to cover returning??? So they can send you absolute crap and you have to pay to have it fixed. I would say this deal is a total scam

Awful. I ordered a pair of sandals because they were much cheaper than retail price. But TWO MONTHS passed and they still didn’t ship. I emailed them and they said they would refund me. This company is a SCAM. They’re banking on their customers forgetting about the order. Be careful.
I ordered Birkenstocks at a good price 2 weeks ago. They have not been shipped & are sitting in nowhereville. I finally disputed charge with my bank & they took care of getting order refunded. I won’t be ordering anything from Zulily again

I got what I ordered very quickly and efficiently!
I would give a zero star if possible. It's a scam company. I asked for a return, it gave me an exchange. I tried to contact their customer service, not available, always hanging up automatically. I will pass on this company, unbelieveable.
I received a broken necklace and returned it per instructions. I was initially informed that the return did not meet criteria. It was broken - really???
Only after threatening them did they reverse the decision.
I’m still waiting and there is no way to communicate via phone.
Never ever again.

Not sure what's going on with all the negative feedback. I will prefice this by saying there was no communication for a few days. My order arrived early, so early that it beat their robo emails to confirm delivery. Got what I ordered at a fantastic discounted price. Will be ordering again.
I placed an order on 1/1/26. Received an email the next day with a tracking number. As of today, 2/9/26, the shipper is still waiting on the package and Zulily customer service has stopped responding to my emails. I tried calling their customer service number and an automated question asks if I my age is over or under 50. It will not let me bypass the question and disconnected. Do not buy from this company.
I placed my order, it said 3-5 business days which would have been great if it had been true!! Unfortunately, these people are full of shit… lies!! I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded MULTIPLE TIMES because it was still sitting as “processing” “unfulfilled”. After i asked probably 10 times to cancel and refund I was then told it had been filled … this happened out of pure spite. I demanded the package arrive Feb 6th by 3p, IT’S A SPECIAL BDAY GIFT FOR A LITTLE GIRL! This company is heartless and didn’t care. The package has been sitting in California for 5 days, it hasn’t moved. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this shitty company. Customer service is crap too… they will not respond to explain why this wasn’t expedited and won’t explain why it’s sitting in California. I’m pissed! I don’t even want to give 1 star but had too. I am not happy with my purchase and I want to return it. I purchased a ring and it is too rough on the inside. It even scratched my finger trying it on. How do I return it?
I ordered an item in September and it do not arrive. I reached out to the company and a bot said that it was not shipped and would send my concerns for a refund to a human. After 2 tries after reaching out to them again I still got no response. Went to shop pay the platform zulily uses and reported to them twice. The only thing they do is send it to the merchant (zulily). To date shop pay asks for me to report to my bank for a dispute. It is now the end of January.
No way to reach Zulily, they say you can talk via chat there is no chat. They dont give me any info on my order that was supposed to arrive in 3- 5 days but hasn't. No email confirmation no tracking info.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. They refused my return request, claiming it was a "final product"—something I couldn't see anywhere during the purchase. I don't know if it was worth it. I will be filing complaints with the necessary authorities. All you had to do was provide a return label.
