For example, I gave Zulily another chance and ordered a pair of joggers described as "soft, stretchy cotton." They arrived with a label sewn right in the back saying "100% polyester." All the trouble of returning them because Zulily lied.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because USPS misplaced my package for over a week. Once it was found, shipping was fast and smooth.
Customer Service rep Samir U was excellent. He had quick responses, clear communication, and real empathy. He explained the 14‑day wait for a reorder, and right before that window ended, USPS delivered the package. Because of Samir’s professionalism, I felt confident placing another order.
I’ve ordered from Zulily (and previously Proozy) before, and while shipping can be slow, they always come through. This delay was on USPS, not Zulily. I’ll continue ordering. Thanks, Samir!

DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I placed an order 4 weeks ago and have STILL not recieved it. No one will answer a phone call but you can leave a message, However, no one will call you back. They will send a text saying they tried to reach you but if you "check missed calls" you will find no one called. Absoulely horrible service. Good luck if you are trying to get recieve an order you have placed.

This company is horrible, DO NOT BUY DLFROM ZULILY!! I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks that cost over $100. I received them and they had a very sharp piece of leather inside the shoe that was not sewn correctly, highly defective and unable to wear the shoes. I followed the companies instructions online on how to return items, and they never sent me a shipping label even after multiple attempts of contacting them. I then tried to resolve it through my credit card company, but Zulily claimed that I never returned the shoes. They do not want you to return items because they do not want to return money. So now I have a pair of Birkenstocks that are completely useless. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered 2 dresses on May 9. I received no delivery correspondence. I received 1 dress without any explanation. I have emailed them twice and called them on the phone number listed on their “site”and NO ONE answers the phone. I still have not received the additional dress I ordered and PAID FOR!!!!
Time to address an attorney!!!

Just ordered a smart ring. 5 minutes later I called to change the size. No answer. Wrote them an email. Got what appeared to be an AI response. They won't/can't change size once ordered. Like its written in stone. All 5-10 minutes before. I threatened to MAYBE let my credit card company cancel but it's already paid for. Then they tell me to exchange it AFTER it arrives here (probably drop-shipped from China) and wait again. I'm done buying online from these people. This just irked me. Even Temu has always treated me fairly. Amazon as well. This ring on Temu's site would have cost me 75% less to add insult to misery.
ADDENDUM: Zulily made good on the problem immediately early Monday morning. Money was cheerfully refunded without hassle. This means, yes, I'd buy from them again, but I'd check and recheck the entire order, over,, and over again, before pressing the order button. I just fail to realize why all the apparent negative AI responses to a simple request over the weekend. Anyway, they made it right. I'm upping my 1* to 4****.

Ordered Birkenstocks from them. They took my money and sent me one email saying my order was packed and ready to ship, with a tracking number. The tracking number said that the package was waiting to be accepted by UPS. The package never moved for 3 weeks. I reached out the told me they would escalate my order, still nothing. So after almost a month I told them to cancel my order. They said no problem we will refund you your money. They originally put the refund in, but as it was pending from my bank they took the money back!! They were trying to scam me! They knew I would initially check the bank to see if the refund was pending, which the day they said the refunded me, it was pending. Before the refund could clear they took the money back! After speaking with my bank, the bank said the refund to my account had not processed yet so they cancelled the refund and kept my money! Upon contacting them they are trying to say a refund was issued! My damn bank said no there is no refund or anything even pending anymore from them.
Stay far away from this JOKE of a company!
They will legit steal your money.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on April 9 and have not received them. I contacted Zulilly and they advised they were experincing a delay from their supplier. I have checked back several times and was told that there was no update. I guess if you offer a product for sale and it gets ordered the day the item is offered it should be fufilled. If they are waiting for a "seconds" from the distributor which is the only thing I can think of. I will never buy from them again.
Their reply was they did not contact me to keep me informed and they want me to call them. I will think about calling them. But will they say the same thing on the phone, not sure when I would get my sunglasses. I called the number they sent and no one answered. I try to call 2 more times and no answer. Buyer be ware.

These people are a bunch of fraudsters I don't know who took over the company but it is not the Zulily of years ago I placed an order they took my payment and here it is 6 days later and they still can't process it because their vendor doesn't have the product how do you take my money for a product that you don't have?
Now you have to fight to get your money back I am contacting my bank and I am filing with the Better Business Bureau.

This is not the tried and true Zulily from years ago. That one closed and a new corporate owner reopened under the same name. NOT the same merchandise, NOT the same return costs. Merchandise is junk, return costs are ridiculously high (I paid $12 to return a pair of shoes), and once you place an order they bombard you with junk email, even after multiple--and I mean multiple-- 'unsubscribe' requests. Shop elsewhere.

I'd give a zero if I could. I waited over a month for my order, for it to just be cancelled. The customer service team kept providing me with reassurance, and then when it got canceled they said there was nothing they could do about it. They charged me immediately after placing the order and held my funds for no reason for a month ($500). Then when finally getting a refund, I had a pending charge instead of refund, so $1000 of my funds were tied up for a week, until I was finally refunded. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Do not bother.

I know that there have been bad reviews, but I had a package that was never picked up from the warehouse, and the other was delayed. The representatives I dealt with were in constant contact, and checked on my order daily, some times more than once a day. When we realized one wasn't picked up yet, they offered a refund and apologized and continued to track the other order until it arrived. I have zero complaints about Zulily, they went above and beyond in my opinion. I highly recommend them, their customer service department is as good as Disney customer service, and it's hard to beat that - but they came close!!
Highly Recommend Zulily - regardless of the negative reviews, they did not live up to those but were excellent. Hopefully, you will get the pleasure to work with Samir U. He was in constant contact and is amazing.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks from Zulily for my daughter’s birthday, and at first, everything seemed promising. Within a few days, I got a tracking number through United States Postal Service showing the package was in “pre-transit.” Yay, right?
Well… not so much. Two weeks later, it’s still in “pre-transit.” Apparently, my daughter's new Birks are enjoying an extended vacation somewhere between “label created” and “actually shipped.” USPS confirmed they’ve never received the package.
I’ve contacted Zulily three times now, and each interaction somehow manages to be less helpful than the last. One representative told me to call back in two days for a cancellation and refund. I waited three, only to be told by the next agent that no one is authorized to do that and I need to wait another week just to see if anything changes.
At this point, I’m not buying the story—or the Birks. It feels less like customer service and more like a scam. It's been 3 weeks now. Meanwhile, I’m out $142 and a birthday gift.
I’ve reported the charge to my credit card company. Buyer beware—this experience has been beyond frustrating. Never again.

I remember when zulily sold adorable baby clothes. I haven't ordered from them in 10-12 years. I googled bed sheet sets and zulily appeared so I looked. I found one I liked in pictures so I ordered it over a week ago. While checking my tracking daily I see advertisements of items I may need. They changed each time I checked. The ads were for sex toys! What has happened to zulily? Their shipping sucks, I don't know about the product since it's late but seeing sex toys tells me I'll NEVER shop at this store again! IF I wanted sex toys I'd look for them I don't want them thrown in my face!

I've been in contact with zulily customer service already. Samir U has been "looking into it" for 2 days. I told him it's time (9 days since order date) to cancel and send it out overnight delivery using a different carrier. They use Amazon Logistics for shipping. Amazon fails to deliver so customers out of frustration will cancel the zulily order and go on Amazon and order the exact same item only $5 more.
If zulily will not be compliant and reship overnight with a different carrier I advised Samir U I would be in contact with IC3 and file a fraud report against them. I'm done dealing with them.
UPDATE AGAIN: Rather than have a formal complaint filed against them with IC3 zulily canceled my order and refunded my money. Now I'll go on Amazon and oder the same item for only $5 more and with Prime delivery is 1-2 days.😊
