Placed order 1 week ago. Website advised " order being prepared" all week. Tried to reach their customer service and all day received a recording saying the office was closed and leave a message. I did and then I received a refund but for less than what they deducted from my account 1 week ago. STAY AWAY!
I had bought things from them before and everything was fine, but this time I ordered a sports jumpsuit that not only arrived in the wrong size, but the material was of terrible—truly terrible—quality; it wasn't even a decent imitation. And not only that: when I told them I didn't want it because it wasn't what I had ordered, they made me pay—listen closely—pay for the return shipping. I will never buy anything from them again in my life.
This company Zulily owes me $133,487.05 AUD yet won't pay, they sent a remittance to me and next day said something went wrong, then all the excuses started coming and then pay $10,000 and they'd send cash which I didn't want why should I pay $10,000 to get my money into my nominated bank account just like they guaranteed me, now they don't answer my emails or messages to customer service lady and its been 7 weeks and still waiting, don't buy anything from this company their only concern is about themselves and they'll rip you off I'm really disgusted with this company Zulily and customer service lady and how they have handled this
I wish I read Trust Pilot before I used Zulily. I ordered a dress three weeks ago, it just arrived today. It is the most horrible material and the fact that it doesn't fit makes no difference. No one would wear this horrible dress for any reason. The material is cheap and ugly, nothing like the picture or written description. I tried to return it, but the auto bot, just keeps asking if I want a different size and will not go any further. Do No Shop Zulily.
I should have read reviews before ordering anything from Zulily. I would not wear the blouse I received to take the trash out. It was totally misrepresented in description and picture. Cheaply made. And because of the reviews I have read regarding customer service I am not going to even bother to try and return it. Save myself the stress. I will “donate” it and be done with it and Zulily. They are nothing like the original Zulily. Shame on you.
Zero stars is what I really need. Problems with shipping? They don't care! Customer service is non-existent. Will NEVER order from them again! I have to resort to charging back on the credit card.

Although I have ordered over many years, I have never had to return anything. The one item I had requested was an issue from the git-go. I was never told it was weeks before it would ship. In the mist of this, I had my mail forwarded. I contacted Zulily to address this, they wouldn't/couldn't help me. Eventually the package did show up after many unanswered calls to Zulily. When the item arrived yesterday, it was nothing like advertised (which is unusual for them) and worse, it was WAY, WAY too huge. I ordered a small, which was the smallest size. Normally their sizes are on point, but this item was not. After numerous emails and phone messages left, I was finally called back today. The customer service rep, Rahul G, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He restored my faith in Zulily. I just hope that his promise to fix the issue is really taken care of. Until then, my rating of one star, stands.

I think it’s a scam and is just a matter of time to steal customers funds and close doors.I placed my order in May 16-th and hasn’t been able to reach them at all.
I called many times no one answers ,left VM never got a call back.
On Reddit people state that is a drop shipping company but WHY I was not notified that I will have to wait a month for my order to be fulfilled?
When I cancelled my order they charge me $7 return shipping for an item that hasn’t shipped based on their web site status .

Just don’t!! Listen to all the stories and spare yourself the pain and waiting for items that may never arrive.
UPDATE: the company responds to try to protect their reputation, but I ordered a few things two weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped. When I asked my order be cancelled they said it wasn’t possible but I could return the items. THEY HAVEN'T SHIPPED!! I don’t have items purchased on time to gift. And I’m convinced they will never ship and I’ll need to turn to Visa to get my money back.
Ironically, one of the small items was sold by a third party in China. It doesn’t even show up on my Zulily order history but that’s the one item that appears set to arrive - from 12,000 miles away! - any day now. If it’s not as advertised I expect to hear that it’s too bad for me and I can ship it back to China for a return.
Talk is cheap, so again - JUST DON’T!!!

Placed an order on May 30th, 2026, as of June 4th, I have yet to receive any tracking information about my purchase. Called customer service, and waited 11 minutes for a representative. A representative never picked up, so I left a message.
I should've read the reviews before making a purchase, guess if I submitted for a refund it probably take 2 weeks.... Lesson learned. Zulily is trash. Common sense if a company wants to remain in business make improvements ASAP! Show a customer that you value them. Zulily needs a better system.
1. You need live chat ( for customers to communicate with representatives) Not everyone likes talking on the phone.
2. Give tracking information.
3. For those that call, waiting 11 minutes is to long.
4. There should be a drop down window or menu for quicker service.
Highly disappointed on Zulily. Seriously doubt I will order with them again.

I ordered an item on May 20. I have called all week with no response. No one will return my call or answer the phone. They can return my money or send the item right away. My next step will be to call BBB.

I placed an order of a product that just after doing that I realized it was not what I wanted. I communicated with the customer support team, they responded immediately and I was able to get the help and support needed. The order was canceled and I was reimbursed in an expedite manner. I was completely caught off guard with how different the items looked based on the pictures. My issue was I did not pay close attention to what fabric was being used. (Polyester was used not the Denim I assumed). One jumpsuit comes above my ankles, the other is the right length. They look cheaply made. Not what I expected of Zulily based on past purchases.

I have yet to receive my package. It was expected on the 15th of May and it is now June and the tracking indicates it “was” expected on a May 15th!
Update: Zulily reached out to me regarding my order and gave me the option of canceling the order or waiting it out. I decided to cancel and saw my refund with the hour. I appreciate Zulily following up with me…..

I commend zulily on its fast shipping. However, I received the wrong jersey I ordered. This inconvenience messed up my birthday plans. I’m highly disappointed. I think zulily has very nice products and I will consider shopping there again. But I will like to receive the exact product I ordered! Thanks.

This site is a total blot on the name of fondly remembered Zulily up to 2022. I cannot describe how very bad they are. If you complain, they send canned verbiage that is no help and has no information. I made an order on 5/9, it was not packaged until 5/20 and had no published tracking information after 5/10. It is now 5/23 and no goods delivered. When I complained they said that they had no tracking information. If I thought it would make any difference I would have asked for a refund of my $99 order but I will just get blah-blah from them DO NOT buy anything from Zulily. You will deeply regret it, as I have.

We were all really excited at the resurrection of Zulily. Alas! Your online shopping site is abominable.You jumble up all kinds of stuff that don’t belong in the category. There are no size charts, your package tracking system provides such non-information it’s laughable. And your prices!!! Higher than Amazon. Zulily was famous for real bargains and its customer services was laudable for an online operation. As soon as I get what I ordered, I am unsubscribing.
I finally received the dress I ordered 4 weeks ago. It is made of really cheap material and way too small even though I ordered a medium (I am a US size 8) - but Zulily does not have size guides. I want a refund. This company is atrocious.

I had an issue with a pair of shoes that I had purchased, it took some time going through the return process but ultimately Zulily made things right and gave me store credit. Thankful for their customer service 😊
