Really easy to purchase, very quick and a great product.

I’ve had great response from customer service TWICE now! First time, my appliance almost caught fire but definitely melted the connection plug. With no argument from Zima, they replaced it immediately. The second time, I had a subscription for the cleaning tablets and needed to cancel it (I had purchased 6 months worth at an earlier time), and although customer service did try and get me to just delay shipments, they didn’t argue with me about cancelling the subscription, in fact, they went beyond and above and found the email attached to the subscription which I rarely use! Kudos to the Zima crew!!

I had to make about 4 attempts to get a live person, but as soon as I got one,
the rep was most helpful. Overall, service was great and my problem was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. .

Their products are exceptional. I have been using their pod for cleaning my mouthguard every night and it does keep it nice and clean. I have also used their tablets. It just ensures me that my mouthguard is sanitized. Customer Service is exceptional as well. They always get back to you immediately and want to help you with your needs.

I had a defective pod. I contacted Zima via online support. They were very prompt and replaced my pod within hours of placing my warranty claim.

When I dropped my Dental Pod Go and it wouldn’t turn on, I contacted Zima. I was amazed when they told me they were sending me a new unit. I assumed they would have me return the broken unit for repair. Excellent company. I own many of their products for dental care and sonic cleaning of my Invisalign retainers.

Customer Service was timely and effective in resolving my issues. The product does what it claims to do. My wife has been using her appliance for a year and the Pods deep clean made it significantly cleaner. My new appliance will stay clean with daily cleanings. I love the idea of a regular UV cleaning in the case.

Cannot fault the customer service at all. I placed my order then saw there was the dental pod pro and I wanted that instead. Customer service, particularly Gian was so helpful and cancelled my order before it was shipped so I could order the pro. Bearing in mind it was my error they still assisted. Not tried the pod yet but a friend of mine been using it 2 years and love it!
