Excellent help with my subscription issue, responded quickly, did not make me log back in to fix the issue, they did it for me instead, super nice! Will order from them again in the future!

I’m really pleased with my Zima Dental Pod and tablets. My retainers are clean and sanitized in a short time with the Zima Pod and tablets . Easy to use.

I didn't know how to clean my mouth guard properley, but then zima dental came up on my feed and i brought it straight away and my mouth guard is now always clean, money well spent!

The product itself works great. I had a warranty issue which the company handled very well. HOWEVER, getting the warranty replacement has been an absolute nightmare. The replacement supposedly shipped 8/7. It took nearly a week for any relative (i.e. expected delivery date) information to appear. When it did, it was nonsensical. As of this morning (8/17) tracking shows the package is in transit with an expected delivery date of 8/15. Multiple emails to Zima support basically come back with a reply of Keep Calm and Carry On. Heck of a way to run a business.

Fantastic product, however there was a rare defect with the unit. Contacted customer service and they were excellent! After a few questions, and submitting a brief video, they replaced it with a new unit and were very attentive and nice during the process. Highly recommend Zima!!!

Not the most exciting this to buy, recommend by my dentist, price was OK and wanted to keep my new mouth guards clean, my old ones became discussing all to quickly. Works very well, happy enough, but what a boring thing to buy, in my opinion.
If you need one, 100% recommend.

Wow the Pod Go is much better than I expected! I thought maybe the tank would be small and it would be less powerful than the regular Pod Pro because it runs for 3 minutes instead of 5, but I was so wrong! Its stackability doesn't hinder its strong cleaning capabilities and the tank is just as big as my Pod Pro so my clear aligner trays fit just fine. The noise it makes is similiar to the regular Pods, just a deeper lower electrical buzzing. I love that I can stack it up into the case it comes with along with the charging cord. This will be fantastic when I travel! I love how compact the case is. For charging, you will need your own usb-c charger block, but I'd say most people already have one for charging their phone. Just unplug your phone and plug your Pod Go in. Easy! Mine charged really fast. Before I stack up my Pod Go, I either let it air dry or quickly dry it with a clean tissue.

Works great! And a few months after I received it I had an issue with the power button and the support team was very quick to help me resolve the issue!

The dental pod is easy to use and cleans my night guard really well. I had a delay with my order being shipped and customer service was very quick and responsive.

I was surprised how fast they react and ship a replacement items when the item which I bought had an initial failure

I was having issues with my Zim dental cleaner, which resolved itself (user error). I had initially filled out an on-line form and received an email advising how to start an online claim. Even though I didn't take that step, Zim Dental still reached out to me to follow up and be sure the issue was resolved, and to see if I required additional help. As a Customer Service Manager, follow-through is so important, and Zim Dental shined! I will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues! Thank you Zim Dental.

Superb customer service to immediately rectify a delivery error. The true test of customer service is how it deals with errors which sometimes do happen, but the team at Zima were outstanding in their response.
