I bought the zima cleansing tablets for my mouth guard and they work great. A few months later I contacted zima through website email requesting a receipt for my purchase to submit for HSA reimbursement. I received a reply with my invoice within a few hours. I was shocked! But so happy with the customer service! Thank you!!

I had not received my order. I contacted the customer service at Zima Dental. They got back to be right away and stated that they would check into my order. For some reason my order was not shipped. They apologized and stated that my order would be shipping out right away. It did. They also stated that they would be upgrading me for the inconvenience. Very thoughtful and caring staff.

I really like my Zina Dental Pod! My night guard is so clean. I also am using the subscription so I automatically get a 3month supply. I had gotten a number of refills before signing up for the subscription. I contacted Zina Dental, I explained this the issue was taken care of easily. I was able to pause the shipments. The customer service was quick, kind and handled with ease for me. I love the pod and the product to clean my night guard with. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Product and performance meet and/or exceed the many 5 star reviews. Sad I waited so long but very pleased to, finally have the dental pod PLUS Zima Cleaning tabs. The tabs work great in adding an extra cleaning!!

I’m really pleased with my Zima Dental Pod and tablets. My retainers are clean and sanitized in a short time with the Zima Pod and tablets . Easy to use.

I didn't know how to clean my mouth guard properley, but then zima dental came up on my feed and i brought it straight away and my mouth guard is now always clean, money well spent!

The product itself works great. I had a warranty issue which the company handled very well. HOWEVER, getting the warranty replacement has been an absolute nightmare. The replacement supposedly shipped 8/7. It took nearly a week for any relative (i.e. expected delivery date) information to appear. When it did, it was nonsensical. As of this morning (8/17) tracking shows the package is in transit with an expected delivery date of 8/15. Multiple emails to Zima support basically come back with a reply of Keep Calm and Carry On. Heck of a way to run a business.

Fantastic product, however there was a rare defect with the unit. Contacted customer service and they were excellent! After a few questions, and submitting a brief video, they replaced it with a new unit and were very attentive and nice during the process. Highly recommend Zima!!!

Not the most exciting this to buy, recommend by my dentist, price was OK and wanted to keep my new mouth guards clean, my old ones became discussing all to quickly. Works very well, happy enough, but what a boring thing to buy, in my opinion.
If you need one, 100% recommend.
