Funny that you suggest for my review to be honest when you are lying to unsuspecting customers. Your ad is for Peter Thomas Roth facial tightening cream but your product is a fake! The tube is exactly the same with vertical writing but it says Facial Tightening Cream and NOT Peter Thomas Roth brand - filled with nothing more than a cheap hand cream. You’re a rip-off scammer and I’m reporting Zesphyr to the BBB and all social media sites. Assholes!

Zephyr responded extremely fast on my inquiry about a custom engraved pilot wallet. It was late at night and I didn't expect any response until during business hours. Zephyr was so quick, that my wallet was shipped the next day. I had my product beautifully done and well packed in 2 days! Superior customer service!

Ordered 3 tubes of Lift & Firm Instant Face Thightener with free shipping. Order confirmed for $48.97. Cream did not work at all. Contacted their customer service by email. I immediately realized this is a company from China because of their return/refund tactics. First they asked for a photo of the products, then offered a refund of $15 to keep the products. I refused & reminded them the product did not work. Then they offered $30, which I refused. Then they offered a refund of $40.98 minus shipping cost. I sent a screenshot that shipping was free. They claimed they had shipping costs & offered $43. I reminded them that their advertisement said if I purchased 3 tubes, shipping was free & to now charge me for shipping was fraud. They finally agreed to refund $63.66. I was confused at the larger refund & went back through my credit card statement & saw that despite my order confirmation was $48.97 they had actually charged me $63.66! Timely shipping and well packed product! Quality product!

I ordered ONE tube of wrinkle cream for $29 with shipping and they took over $80 from my account in two separate transactions. What a scam. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank but in the meantime I'm out that money until the process is completed

I ordered two of the passport wallets. 2 weeks later, only one showed up with no email or correspondence about when the other would be here or that they had been shipped separately. Ordered both of them at same time.

Ordered an Aviator Pro II wallet with the air tag after seeing an ad and seeing some fairly positive reviews online. After two weeks, I hadn’t received a tracking number and wasn’t able to get anyone to respond via their customer service email. Website says items are shipped within 3-5 days. Never received the item and could never get confirmation the order was even being processed. Wouldn’t recommend the company due to lack of poor service.

Ordering was straight forward. A variety of design to choose from at different price points. Delivery was on time and tracking package available. Compartments for license, medical and passport will keep documents together and tidy.

I bought this as a gift to my grandson who is studying to be a commercial pilot. It was a quality product and it was delivered quickly.

Terrific! The boxing and design of everything made for a fantastic gift. It was well designed and executed, and the wallet itself looks terrific. The stitching is crisp and I can't find any manufacturing flaws at all. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Order placed on January 9th and I have not received any indication or communication that it has shipped.

I absolutely love it!!! it's perfect to hold all my pilot info and passport while also having extra pocket for some cash or extra cards just incase. I got mine completely customized without knowing if they'd be bale to do it but I wrote in the notes how I'd want it then when it arrived.... BOOM just how I wanted it to be perfect!!!
