Edit. Zephyr made up for the shipping companies failure to deliver. They sent another out right away and got me what I ordered. Edit. Still waiting to receive been over 2 weeks. Tracking info is inaccurate. Not sure if I’m ever going to get this. I had higher hopes and looked forward to using this

The Pilot Wallet seems good, shipping to Canada however was anything but. Company used UPS, the tracking number provided gave no expected date of delivery and minimal other details at best. After 2 weeks i got an unexpected notice from Canada Post that I owed 21.48 for customs and taxes. Turns out UPS gave this package to Canada Post to deliver with no actual information provided to me to explain.

I inquired with Zephyr and it seems that this may have happened before, got this response "Sometimes it’s smooth sometimes it’s not, we deal with it all the time". Zephyr could definitely do better with shipping across the border, they could use a service to provides reliable, consistent results. I would have paid more for better shipping if aware of the issues.

If you plan on purchasing and you need it shipped to Canada beware.

Very cheaply made, material is substandard.

This is my second Aviator Pro II wallet and I think they are great. The second purchase does not arrive until Friday (wish it was a faster ship) and will be a gift for my CFII. I'm sure he will be impressed!

I held off on this for a while- as I considered it a frivolous expense. I wish I’d bought it earlier. Quality is superb, the leather smell is intoxicating and it’s an incredibly professional looking solution to the problem of carrying all your required documents in one spot. Shipping was incredibly fast. The only thing I wish (small wish- and totally vain) was there were a few more options for embossing/engraving as far as aircraft types go (especially in the 135 world-Learjet/Gulfstream!) but overall I’m very impressed with it. Can’t speak to longevity- I’ll have to come back in a year or so and update how it’s held up to the road. Would recommend to any professional pilot!

Great product, speedy delivery

I initially purchased the item my husband requested. It arrived very quickly and was very nice. Then my husband changed his mind on color and engraving. I reordered with engraving. It arrived very quickly. I was very impressed with the quick processing of my order. The finished product is beautiful and very well made. The return process of my original purchase (non-engraved) was very simple and easy.
