How it works

To get started, fill in a short online questionnaire about your health. One of our doctors will review your answers to make sure the treatment is safe and right for you.

They look carefully at your health history, symptoms and any risks before making a decision. If the treatment you’ve asked for isn’t suitable, they’ll suggest a safer option or explain what to do next.

Most reviews are completed within 72 hours. For some treatments, like weight loss, it can take a little longer if more checks are needed. If your treatment is approved, it will be sent to you from our in-house pharmacy within 1-2 days. Next day delivery is available for many treatments at an extra cost.

As usual support with information very…

As usual support with information very good. Thanks to the delivery department for sending my order out earlier in the day which meant I received my order for the first time the next day instead of the usual two day delivery. I hope that in future Zava will continue sending out the orders earlier in the day to facilitate 24 hour delivery.

I think just knowing I was going to get…

I think just knowing I was going to get help with my over eating has helped. But it definitely slows down your intake of food and cravings I'm excited of my weight loss journey I'm also walking 3miles aday and doing weights to keep healthy and eating much healthier instead of chips or ready meals I'm really trying to cook from scratch with stirfys and chicken so let's see how I go.
