I really enjoyed the customer experience at Your Native Teacher. The team was available whenever I needed the smallest thing, by phone or by message and were super helpful in their responses. They always explained everything clearly from A to Z.

Besides my limited time, I will also mention some the negative part of my experience which led me to cancel my subscription. I think the main thing is that I didn't feel I connected with my teacher and her learning style, and therefore I didn't come motivated to the class. During the class, we only did exercises and there was never a class for revising grammar for example, or going through a chapter with a particular theme. I think this teacher would have been great for someone in a very advanced level (upper C1-C2), but I felt it a bit hard to try and keep up without filling in my gaps and just keep practicing.
