I bought some shoes which looked good in the picture.... but were total rubbish. So uncomfortable, bad fit, colour wrong.

Sent them back months ago and NO REFUND to be had. They refuse to acknowledge the return of the shoes.

Other reviews back this up. This company cannot be trusted and I would advise noone to use it.

Purchased 5 sweaters at incredible cost. Incurred fees from U.S. $ to Canadian $. Knit, what a joke! Turned out to be polyester with cheap print, and buttons were all one colour with exception of one, thus necessitating purchase of new buttons for each sweater. No shape, i.e., like a box. Too large. Slanted on one side. Pictures on website totally fraudulent. Found this site on Pinterest. Like all other comments, told to return to China. Offered 15% refund. Still waiting. Not holding breath. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau in Canada and the U.S.A.

Exactly what everyone else said! Terrible product and when I sent it back they gave me an address that can’t be tracked so they now say they never received the merchandise. It’s been months and when I question they send a generic response.

I would like to warn anyone who are thinking about ordering from Baezshop. Don’t do it, this company is a rip-off. I ordered hats in July 2019, it’s now December and I have not received the hats I ordered or a refund. First they said the hats delivered but tracking showed the shipment was returned to Baezshop, then its in the mail. This company is out of China and they do give a dam about values, trust, or fairness. Shop somewhere else!!!!!

Oh...poor quality,high price,made in China ,long delivery...Please,never make order there..They are not honest people....

I ordered an outdoor wrap that was advertised as "knitted" & in the photo it looked like it was made of yarn. I paid $45 and what I received was a cheap piece of polyester knit fabric that had been printed with what appeared to be a photo of perhaps a knitted work. This was totally misleading. The return policy is indeed a joke. Return to China, yeah right...no way anyone is going to pay that expensive return fee for a garment they don't want in the first place. Now I'm being told that they have "upped" the amount of my partial refund to $15% ($6.75) because I am a "valued customer". NOPE, not my idea of a reputable company. Do not order anything from this company, EVER if you value your money.

IT WAS SHIPPED FROM JULI CHIC IN NJ, BUT RETURNS GO BACK TO CHINA YOUR EXPENSE. OR ....... THEY CAN GIVE YOU A PARTIAL REFUND COUPON TOWARD YOUR NEXT PURCHASE !!!!! NEVER BUY FROM EITHER CO. FALSE ADVERTISING AND POOR QUALITY ITEMS. PIC LOOKS GOOD BUY MATERIAL IS CHEAP.

I honestly HATE this!! I bought a late birthday presents for my mom and I of a "Casual Gradient Large Size Long Sleeve Coat" which pictured LOOKS like it'd be a knitted sweater. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED!! They aren't even proper sizes!! They are VERY BAD quality, not even really knit! I am so ANGRY its not even funny!!! They've refunds basically cover the shipping tax of your order nothing more. This store is horrible and should be ashamed in the fact they have false advertising for they've bad products. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!! Worst experience in my life. Save yourself the hassle of major disappointment and don't even bother with Baezshop. If I could do Zero stars I would they don't even deserve any.

I order two dresses online after a six week way they were finally delivered. After many emails. The dresses were horrible quality, totally different style, too small. My cost including shipping was Embarrassed to say, was $86.00. They offered me A 15% refund or a coupon toward my next purchase. Total that's a joke who is crazy enough to order anything again.
I m waiting for there response. I doubt I ll ever see a refund,

Bought boots which were more like foam house slippers. Size was way to big, material smells like chemicals. Stitching is unraveling. The fringe looks like it was cut by a second grader. So cheap! Customer service is poor and just keep offering 15% off my next order which, NO. Took 6 weeks for delivery, very disappointed with the experience. Will try to get my money back through PayPal.
Update: PayPal has been wonderful to get my money back as you will get nothing back from Baezshop. They even are helping with shipping as they have to be shipped back to China in order to get my money back which is 25.00.

Same story as everyone else. Horrible quality, cannot return merchandise and really condescending emails to ‘valued customer’ telling you basically take a hike.

I bought boots from this company, they were not only expensive, they were 2 sizes too big, took 5 weeks for delivery and were made out of a paper type material. Worst quality of shoes I have ever bought. Buyer beware on this company because there are no returns and no replies available for replacement.

I ordered a pair of shoes. The delivery was delayed, they kept saying after one month. Once I said that I wanted to cancel my order, they immediately sent the package. Once it arrived, the shoes were the lowest worst quality - I had never seen anything like that. It was all plastic material and not even possible to put on. Terrible terrible quality and service!

I have given 1 star as the option for none doesn’t exist. The garment is appalling quality. I’d be ashamed to give it to a charity shop. The pictures are TOTALLY misleading. Like other reviewers I thought my product was coming from the states. To make matters worse I followed the link from Pinterest which I consider a high quality site. There is no mechanism for returns and emails are ignored. A total ripoff. Makes you feel a fool but I guess a lesson learnt. Shame we have so many charlatans in this world of e-commerce.

Weeks ago I purchased a pair of women's boots and a blouse from Baezshop.com. It took seemingly forever for my order to arrive and when it did, nothing fit. The boots are too big and the blouse is too small.
I contacted the online store and requested a refund and asked them to email a shipping label to me so I can return the items. I received an email today from this company and was told they don't provide shipping labels; the shipping is the customer's responsibility. Not only that, I was told that the company is in China and I would of course have to pay for the International shipping. It took them three days to tell me this.
First of all, I didn't realize that the merchandise was being shipped to me from China. I thought that this company was here in the US.
Even if I do decide to pay for an outrageous shipping fee, I'm sure I would probably never see my refund or if they decided to refund me I"m sure it would take months to get it.

Now I'm stuck with items I cannot use.
What kind of a company doesn't offer a shipping label? Amazon does and many other companies do.
Stay away from Baezshop.com and buy elsewhere.

Don’t buy anything here! A total ripoff. Photos of products are fake. You get something that looks similar, but of poorer quality. And they refuse to refund you in a way that is feasible and fast.

I had ordered a pantyhose that was highly run resistant. It arrived with a run. I asked for my money back but was denied and after several emails back and forth their best offer was a 20% refund or a 15% discount on a replacement. Poor customer service and an unacceptable product.

Sizing on the shoes I ordered was way off. They looked like they were made for a child. The quality was poor. The only option for a FULL refund is to ship back to China. To ship with tracking will cost almost as much as the shoes. Very disappointed.

Further to my review. I have sent this email to Baezshop many times without a reply. I will take further action if I do not receive a refund for the returned item. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THE DRESS I RETURNED TO YOU WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS 7 DAYS AGO ON THE SEPTEMBER 11TH. CAN YOU TELL ME WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND?

I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR PROMPT REPLY IN THIS MATTER.

Horrible company very very horrible. I received my package and was absolutely Blown Away by the type of material the top was made of look like a cheap Dollar Store tablecloth. The size again was way too small I normally wear about a 1X and figured no order a 3 in case it shrinks and I could not even get anything over my head. I have received one message from them and they offered me half of the price and I could keep it the top that is. What in the heck will I do with something that ugly and small. When I attempted to answer them back my email came back not once but 10 different times as I attempted to contact them and say I did not want half I wanted the whole thing and where do I send it 2 and the emails kept coming back saying undeliverable. Well that was a whole waste of 30 bucks that I paid for something that looks like crap! I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau how can these people get away with this.
