Outstanding experience from start to finish. I placed an order with Sendiroo and was genuinely surprised by how quickly everything was processed and delivered.
Shipping across Europe in under a week is no small achievement, but that’s exactly what they managed — fast, efficient, and without any complications along the way. Everything arrived on time and exactly as expected.
What I appreciated most was the reliability. No delays, no confusion, no need to chase updates — just a smooth, well-organized service that actually works the way it should.

AVOID
Nothing on the website works after payment. I want sent labels for my packages and trying to contact customer service is impossible. Links lead to 404s, I end up in circles trying to create an account, and when I finally found an email address for them, they tell me to use my account on the website.
I've never seen anything like it! And I've just paid €400 for this!

Reliable deliveries across europe
So far i have used sendiroo with success. The website experience could be improved, and it would be nice if you could talk to them on the phone in case of something happens. On this last time I had an issue with a parcel not picked up on the day and Claudia from the customer service was able to help me. It was an issue with the distribution company anyways.
I would say it is reliable and it works.

After 2 weeks package was delivered back to where it was picked up. Been trying to reach them in all possible ways but they have the worst customer service. They never reply, despite mentioning on their website that they will reply within 48h. Also there is no form of "live" communication as the phone they provide is a recording and the live chat they also offer doesn't exist. All in all not recommendable.Stay away from them

SUMMARY:
More than one and a half years ago we paid for pick up in Ibiza for delivery in France. We also paid extra for insurance.
The pick up in Ibiza was made, but the delivery never.
You have received from us since May by email after you requested it, a lot of information that includes a CCTV photograph our package in the warehouse that was provided to us by your local partner here, screen shots to phone call logs, whats app messages and emails etc. You asked for this and we sent it to you, but you have never even responded!
I want to receive conformation ASAP that the insurance is being applied and I want the reimbursement transferred to me ASAP.

May 18th 2021 paid for a hugh package value 1000 euro they picked it up got a paper recogida and the package dissapeared not even reached the depot had to fill in all te paperwork they opened a case and 1 year later not 1 response this company sendiroo is terrible!!!!! SE2VENUWP8 this is the number you did nothing after my claim with siniestros not even answering emails for more then 1 year.
Sendiroo responded i gave them the number and it is also here and not 1 answer since the. 4th of July this case is going on since 18 th of may 2021!!!! How rude is it that a customer provides all the paper work and they do not respond!!!!!

A 2 year nightmare
Horrible. Nightmare stuff. This company is great unless you have an accident. I paid extra to insure my package and even though it was all broken upon arrival, I could never cash the insurance money out. Customer service is horrible, they don't answer my calls, emails, or live chat. I have been complaining for over 2 years and still achieved nothing. I would never use this service again in fear that a similar situation might occur.

After 2 months (2 bloody months) I'm still awaiting for their answer for a refund. I had to contact a lawyer to push them to do it. Be careful and buy directly from the currier, because for any problem they will not answer to yourself, they will probably ignore your emails hoping that you will forgot about that. Avoid the service.

Orrible service, or better lack of service. Ordered a shipping label 3 days ago and did not get any update since. I opened three urgent tickets to change pickup location and no replies yet. Very bad customer service, no email nor phone replies. Is this a fraud?

Tuve la peor de las experiencias al contratar los servicios de envío de esta compañía hace unos años. Envié mi ordenador de España a Inglaterra y lo aseguré ya que era un bien muy valioso y mi herramienta de trabajo. El ordenador llegó destrozado, hice un reclamo por los daños y me dijeron que debía mandar el ordenador para que un técnico lo revisara y pudiesen ver cuánto costaba arreglarlo. Estuve meses esperando que me lo devuelvan, ignoraron mis llamadas y correos, hasta que finalmente su respuesta fue que si quería que me mandasen mi ordenador de vuelta debía anular mi reclamo, así que básicamente secuestraron mi ordenador. Vergonzoso.
I had the worst of experiences with this company some years ago. I sent my computer from Spain to the UK, so I hired this company for the delivery and paid for insurance as it was very valuable to me and it was my working tool. The computer arrived completely destroyed, I sent it back to them so they could do an inspection to see the damage caused by the delivery and they hold my computer for several months. I obviously asked them to send my computer back and pay for all the damages that they were supposed to pay and the reply was that they would send it back just if I cancel my claim. So basically they kidnapped my computer.
Fraud. Go for another service
Go for another service, avoid this one at all costs especially for international shipments. They will take your package and the payment, and then NOT carry out the shipment saying that it’s missing documentation, but what documentation is missing? That will be an unsolved mystery. This happened to me and they told me I need to to check with customs of my country regarding what is missing. Well I checked, and the customs told me the documentation I provided already was absolutely fine. Still this company kept insisting that some mystery document is missing and the package will be returned, but not the money I paid, because it’s my fault that some mystery document is missing and no one can tell me what it is. Smells of a fraud. Seems they’ve found a way to make easy money while the world is suffering from the consequences of COVID-19.
