If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Misleading. Con artists. I have been waiting well over a week now for a refund. They kept trying to charge my card after I told them I cannot afford $240. Their website is very misleading I did not authorize them to try and charge my card in different amounts. But they did!! Stay far away from this company!!

After reviewing the details, we found that two different accounts were used. We had already initiated a refund for the subscription associated with one account. After receiving your email, we further investigated and identified another subscription linked to a different email address. We have now initiated a refund for that subscription as well.

The refunded amount should be reflected in your account within 3–5 business days.

I signed up for a monthly $20…

I signed up for a monthly $20 subscription. Thank God I checked my credit card transactions. I found out that they charged my card $240. Do not even trust this company. They are misleading and charges you fraudulently plus it is so hard to communicate with them as they do not pick up the phone. When I reached out through email, it takes so many back and forths, and they only want to refund $120 which i refused. The app and the desktop site won’t allow you to remove your credit card on file. If they charged you, just replace your card. The people behind this company is a scam. Think about it, why would you sign up for $240 annual when the terms offer a monthly, quarterly, and annually. Why would you go for annual? Poor response and problem resolution. I will report them to the business beaurue of Canada. I encourage you to do the same so they can be investigated.

I never even signed up for the subscription yet i got charged so i emailed them to cancel my subscription and now they are saying I have to pay 120$ to cancel a 20$ per month subscription. I wish i was joking.
