Awful scam. Do not trust them or send funds. They will let you deposit funds with no problem and give some useless tokens to trade. When you want to withdraw they will not let you. They use fake KYC process and keep your funds locked. Never use this scam!

very good! the best for trading, I found it interesting that the youhodler team protects and has mechanisms to protect investors from gains and losses, they protect the investor so as not to be harmed...

You guys are scamming people , I used get cash option and opened 3 positions which I will close when those are in benefits , during the time I also made day trading volume value about 500k monthly . When I withdraw money to other wallet , you don’t process my transaction. All are pending , when I contacted to support , they told me that about block chain it takes about some times to approve . That’s a big lie . I did transaction on trust wallet and all worked well doesn’t matter which network . Now you guys are telling me bullshit . I will close all the get cash position and then I will withdrawal all my money and I will not recommend you to others to use this platform except , you will be open clear and transparent so then I can change my mind . At least open the link for 7/24 can get support now I can see the option as well .

I wanted to adress my issue with an open ticket again, this time tru a complaint form on their website. Only to find that after writing it and pressing send it leads to an error page. So I'll put the resume here instead, maybe someone of YH is interested in helping me this way (as clearly support email is not).
So, 20 december 2024, I send some Near token to their adress which turned out to be the only exchange/3rd place who does not use the Near native protocol...but has an ETH/BNB adress...my bad still.
I got in touched, provided all the required info, and was told that they would recover my funds at a fixed fee. It would take some weeks to a couple of months.
Fine, I thought, but time went by, and to every mail I send them I got the same reply; they have no info, they would send it tru to the relevant team, who give me no update no response to questions, basically nada all the freaking time I ask.
And now 10 months have passed, and I am quite annoyed by a) not ever getting decent replies back, b) not ever hearing from this department thar supposedly handles my questions or works on getting fund recoverd, c) still not having my funds back.
And lets me honest now; probably not ever going to see my tokens/money again, and YH being perfectly fine with just not ever updating me/refunding me, while the money is on an adress of theirs.
So in case any of YH employers read this, and feels like its wrong to never pick up this ticket and get some actual work done in the client care system, this were the details:
TrID: NXT1tLXVz7wAV8LD1locLxjxV
TxN:9qjbjSzjaaPeWKczzf8c6mpjhz8MsdHymgwxFdMuXvxp
Edit: copy pasting the same stuff is not the same as giving an answer, or maybe getting of your ass and get an actual status update from the department that supposedly is looking into this...for 10 months I've been patient, and when I ask this exact reply is all YH seems to be able to produce (over and over again). This is all you are going to do when a complaint is put in the system? Copy paste some standard text for the 10th time. Great customer service, jet again. Is there even a moment or point where you escalate internally, and go figure out what taking so long or will I get this same reply still in 2030 far as YH is concerned?

Well..I received 900 YHDL because I used the platform for some time.
After more than a year (!) the "gift" was unlocked and I wanted to send it to a wallet. The address it was send to, was a Binance test account (Testnet).
YouHodler Servicedesk: you did sent it to this address.
Well.. that's far from the truth. Why the h*ll should I send it to some kind of test address
(0x4f20Ecb2d6Fd461cA413B62ddD461B6c52e99e54)?
The address I inserted started with
0x820c72825ABD63F...
As you can see, that's not even close to where the tokens were send to.
For me it is clear that the program switched addresses. YouHodler users were really never entitled to the "gift".
I had already my doubts of the trading option of the platform. Things do not add up ( read: manipulation ).
But now, after the YHDL token issue, I really lost all confidence in YouHodler.
I would avoid this swindler platform if I were you.
You can check it yourself on Blockexplorer.one that the address 0x4f20Ecb2d6Fd461cA413B62ddD461B6c52e99e54 is a test address and that this ain't a bullshit story.
Update regarding the reply of YouHodler:
- Have you checked Block explorer.one, YouHodler support? Of course not.
- As indicated before, the whole address the tokens were transferred to, is unknown to me. However, it magically appeared on the transfer details. And yes, I'm not an admin at YouHodler. Otherwise I've changed it back myself ;) Checking a checkbox regarding the address and own responsibility of the accuracy doesn't mean nothing in the app of YouHodler. YouHodler can manipulate every detail or aspect easily. I know it and YouHodler knows it. It is just a scam.

I went through the whole process of verifiyng myself. Ten i deposited 966€ to my account and while withdrawing i got blocked instantly and withdraw failed. I wanted to buy bitcoin because i think it will raise and thats why I used youhodler. But it was a VERY BAD DECISION.
They dont let me transfer any money. I did a second verification after block and then they ask me to provide documents of salary from my employer. but i wrote i am unemployed and the money i use is from savings..
Please!! PLEASE use a different service. 2000€ is stuck from me!
UPDATE: They are asking for more and more documents and taking very long to answer. I am providing everything and they are not telling me what to expect- this seems like a scam
UPDATE: I have sent them even more documents that proof my income. Where I am working, what I am earning. This is something that I didnt want to do but otherwise it seems i will never see my money. I will write an update once I get feedback

It took hours before the customer service replied. Also, the withdrawal was not done. It was processing whole night, yet it was not successful. Time is money.

Very good crypto trading platform. A really cool Bonus is the Cloud Miner, where you can mine your own Bitcoin and use it for trades or to top up your wallet. Very good and quick support. Totally recommended!

Be aware that this company uses scammer method to keep your funds on their platform. At first, you’ll have simple KYC procedure when you want to buy or transfer crypto on it but when you want to go reverse, that’s where huge problems surge.
At first, they’ll ask you to make a live video with one of their « employee » which seems to reside in a dark room and alone (that’s barely not a call center). The first impression you have is to face a scammer. Then, they ask you to take a valid ID just on the side of your face, move around the screen, this feels really really bad. Then, they say ok, will contact you for the next step.
After that, they will want you to provide a bank statement, income proof, minimum 3 invoices with your adresses. And you’ll have to justify every bank transfer on it. It begins to make a lot…
And in the end, that’s always not enough. They’ll hide behind AML and regulatory to force you to provide a picture of your bank card ! Yes you have read correctly ! Send them your card information with a photo ! Total Scam !
Sure, I’ve refused to provide them such sensitive data and will report those practices to the AML and guess what.
That was a withdrawal of 33$ ! Yes, such ridiculous amount needs to provide your bank card information to get through. Just unbelievable.
In short, get far away from this company who will keep your funds locked FOREVER.
Last but not least, do not trust their replies in trustpilot when they say that they are unable to identify you, they know exactly who you are and where are your funds. In their pocket !
Edit : No, compliance requirement NEVER needs banking card information with a picture of it to prove your identity, that’s scam. You stole my fund by requesting illegal informations and tried to put me in real danger. I will NEVER send banking card information through an email, you are scammers.

Do not use this exchange unless you want to pull your hair out with zero customer support.
They have locked funds due to a defective KYC death loop. There’s no one to help - utterly outrageous- AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’m a YouHodler customer since a few years, and my trust on YouHodler is increasing on every interaction with the support and helpful in solving the problems. Fast resolution in any language level up on trust to keep on using their services. I was amazed by the level of security in identifying a person using face recognition to unlock 2FA (Two-factor authentication) issues if a third-party party authentication platform.
