Instalation day went like a breeze Stevie the fibronaught was great turned up on time cleaned up as he went and left the place spotless. So far so good yet to evaluate the broadband speeds etc
Great installation experience with Matt
Just moved into a new flat and YouFibre were the only one provided a good amount of mbps. It was quick and easy to set up installation. Received good communication and frequent reminders of installation appointment. Matt arrived on time and gave me an estimate of when he would be arriving which was really helpful. His installation was quick, tidy and professional. He was also lovely to speak to. Thanks again!

Marc was really helpful, he noticed that the previous person that installed the router, had limited the speed and installed an incorrect ethernet cable (so my speed was limited to 70-90mbps instead of the 500mbps it should be. He instantly recognised the issue and fixed it with in minutes! 10/10

The worst company I ever came across
The worst company I ever came across. If I could give minus I would.
Beware of this company.
An engineer came to install the internet and router and gone before connection was completed. In the meantime they informed previous provider that they can switch off. So we were left without internet apart from our phone data which were at their limit.
When tried to call them, they have no support between 6pm to 9am. Eventually on the following morning I spoke to them and they were unable to help apart from saying we apologise and bare with me on the line which I did for nearly an hour just for them to tell me that they can’t guarantee when an engineer will be able to come here.
I have cancelled them while on the cooling period and while zero service was provided. I did get an email to tell me I need to pay them the rest of the contract which is basically all of it. Weird and there me thinking that a contract binds two sides.

He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly throughout the installation. The setup was done neatly and efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really impressed with the service and attention to detail. Just great, no issues since first setup, except one short downtime a while ago. Customer service is good although an easy to find phone line would be helpful.

Initial service not off to a great start, lots of phone calls/emails backwards and forwards troubleshooting. Eventually had to get an engineer out. Marc came and was brilliant. Problem solved within five minutes! Can’t fault Marc in the slightest

He had a very pleasant and caring manner. He took the time to check everything and answer all our questions to the best of his abilities and explained what he thought was best to do.
He could teach the sales and telephone/chat room staff a thing or to about how to deal with customers.

Dustin provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best setup for my needs and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly.
What really stood out was his knowledge and willingness to help. He made the whole process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience, but Dustin certainly does.
