If you purchased an unlimited plan, you can't renew it once it expires. However, in most cases, you can purchase a new plan and transfer it to the same eSIM, or simply purchase a new plan with a new eSIM. If you don't see any of these options, contact our support team directly in the app - they respond within minutes and will help you with any questions!

As we know, you've been using the internet smoothly while your plan is active. However, once you run out of gigabytes, your internet connection really does stop working.
If you're unsure how much data you'll need, we recommend choosing unlimited plans to avoid worrying about your internet running out at inconvenient times.
